Quasi tutto eccellente. Accoglienza e assistenza ottima, stanza e ambienti splendidi. Colazione ottima.ubicazione centrale, abbastanza silenziosa anche se avrei preferito un posto nel verde. Qualche piccola imperfezione come l’asta della doccia troppo bassa dentro una vasca enorme, Condizionatore orientato verso il letto e in ultimo frigorifero un po’ rumoroso per chi ha il sonno leggero. Complessivamente si merita tutte le 5 stelle. Ci tornerei senz’altro.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio nel centro della città, proprio sul fiume Mekong e circondato da numerosi templi. La stanza è molto bella, con un leggero aroma di legno. La sala per la colazione è molto bella, retrò ed elegante, e anche la qualità della colazione è molto buona~ Consiglio vivamente questo posto~ Un piccolo suggerimento è che le impostazioni della presa di corrente sono un po' insufficienti e la ricarica dei telefoni cellulari è un po' problematica.

The location is so convenient, staffs are very helpful, within walking distance to many landmarks, and to the riverside night market with lots of food options

Everything was more or less Ok during our stay there except the television doesn’t work and power extender was broken.

Enjoyed the beautiful ambience and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good, too. It had a decent spread and an alarte carte menu which they serve hot.

This is a great hotel I had a great stay, the service and staff are great. The hotel is clean and close to a lot of places and restaurants.

The language level is not good, and there was an additional misunderstanding because of that! 20USD for pickup from railway st? was abit harsh..

The location is excellent close to many eating places and the night market and riverfront. It’s on a fairly quiet street and the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are large at 45sqm and the staff are very accommodating with timely house keeping services. While the breakfast selection is not large there is a mix of western and Asian selections and sufficient for all palates. The hotel feels like someone’s French villa as it has a very cosy atmosphere which gives it its charm and makes it distinctive from all the modern day hotels. While the fixtures may seem a bit dated it is very clean and it provides all the amenities you need and I love the fact that it has a balcony attached to each room so you can sit outside and relax.

Well located in the city of Vientiane, walking distance to restaurants and Mekong River night market. Professional and friendly staff.
