Don’t be deceived by photographs, this property should not even be allowed on any booking sites!
Experienced hiccup right from check in itself, was told that there was only 1 door key and I had to refer to receptionist every time I wanted to enter the room. This is clearly unacceptable and I’ve never experienced such thing after traveling for so long and after much argument of this nonsense they finally gave me their only set of keys to the room. Aircond was noisy and not cold and the water heater was not functioning. Soundproofing of the room was also horrible, noises from upstairs and the yelling from other guests can be heard loudly. Mysterious stains on the bedsheet and the bed is creaking loud and noisy.
After sleeping second night I was given a rude awakening 7AM in the morning by a rude hotel staff treating me like a thief claiming that I hadn’t paid for the night, only after much checking realizing it was their mistake and only given a simple sorry. They should have advised on the second day and not on the morning itself. I strongly advise travellers to look elsewhere and avoid this establishment at all costs!

This was a. Nice quiet hotel in the city. The location was close enough to everything a traveler needs and plenty of taxi service ready to take you anywhere for very reasonable prices. I would book this hotel again.

Overall stay in this hotel is not bad. We stayed for 4nights and electricity went off in one morning until afternoon. Hotel didn’t solve anything about this, even water supply cut off after electricity.
There is no breakfast in our stays. But Wi-Fi is usable.

The hotel was meh, no elevator I was at the third floor and had two big luggages the poor receptionist helped me to get the luggage upstairs. Everything in the room was disposable, the towels, bed sheets, covers are all disposable a bit weird. Stayed for 2 nights there after a 24 hour bus trip from Hanoi to Vientiane. Not good for long stays but OK if you just need to crash for the night

There is so many mosquito in the lobby and there is No Aircon at lobby. People are smoking everywhere at lobby. Very bad experience in my life.
