HeyMi Apartments Stephansdom

Loved the room and location. Very clean and a beautiful building. Check in was horrible as we didn’t receive check in details although host had proof that it was sent. We waited outside the property not knowing how to access our room. I sent a message to host and received a response nearly an hour later. With instructions check in was a breeze after that. I’ve stayed in many self check ins but this was the worst which is too bad because it’s a beautiful place in a top location.

Great location, easy to get around. Apar**ent had everything we needed for our stay

Location is stunning, amenities are wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment for cooking. - there is a Spar down the road at the corner of the main road: great for picking up groceries - there is a ANKER bakery right across which opens nice and early (i loved watching this place out of the bedroom) - there is another great bakery next door to this bldg - St stephens (church, plaza and xmas mkt!) are just 5 mins away - centrally located to everything - bus, metro, tram...everything is accessible within 5 mins. - very safe location. lots of people walking at all times - the parent property is on Marie Theriesen strasse and can be accessed by a 15 min bus ride (from the next road) where you can store baggage before checkin or after check out. the property managers were very nice, easy to communicate with, and responsive by email when we contacted them before arrival.

Martin the front desk personnel gave excellent customer service. Very patient in assisting us during the check in process. The area is very central.

Great place and near location

Great apt. Good communications - just make sure you get the code loong before you get there, especially if checking in after main office is closed or else you’ll be standing 20-30 mins in the bldg lobby wondering what to do and who to contact as we did. But the mngr did respond to the msg sent through the ******* portal, and the rest of the communications and tips in the apt were FANTASTIC and VERY useful. Loved the stay there.

Schönes Altbau-Appartement nahe des Stephansdoms, sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig gut erreichbar, Cafés/Restaurants ebenfalls. Einrichtung funktional, 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche. Leider als Wehrmutstropfen riesiger Wasserschaden während unseres Aufenthalts durch Nachbarwohnung mit Strom-/Heizungsausfall - dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Aber sehr zähe Ausfallserstattung mit mehrfacher Erinnerung/langwierigem email-Verkehr notwendig. Würden wir deswegen nicht nochmals buchen.
