La posizione è semplicemente fantastica. Metropolitana, autobus, treni e tram. Tutto è a 2 minuti a piedi. I materassi sono qualcosa. Quando sono arrivato in Lettonia, ho comprato lo stesso :)

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus per l'aeroporto. Colazione di alta qualità. Il secondo giorno mi è stato detto che non potevo fare colazione perché non avevo tempo, quindi dovevo uscire prima, quindi mi hanno portato il pranzo al sacco. Penso che avrei dovuto dirglielo in anticipo il giorno prima e mi hanno fornito panini, frutta, snack, acqua, ecc. Quindi non sarei rimasto deluso.

The location is good, close to the station and easy to get there. Room is clean.

We stayed here for 3 days but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any longer. It was right next to the train station which was convenient but the room was outdated. House keeping was non existent. They didn’t clean when we requested they come - just fluffed a duvet. The room felt very dusty as did the carpet. We even told reception to clear the shared coffee station upstairs as it was dirty, full of dirty mugs, dirty work top, dirty coffee jugs and has been like that since we arrived, the lady at the desk brazenly said “housekeeping are doing that”. But they did not. Acom should invest more in to this hotel to modernise it.

The cup in room isn’t clean. Still has stain. Toilet was rather small. Staff at reception is quite cold despite it’s not peak hour. One of the lift is broke down during our stay. Not particularly pleasant for a short stay although location is alright.

Good location, near the train station, convenient for traveling to various places, but may be a bit far from tourist attractions in the city center.

We attempted to check in slightly before 3pm. We're told that the room was not ready and asked to wait. Meanwhile, they were changing crews. So, there's discontinuation. Almost an hour of waiting, nothing happened. But we saw a few guests who came later got their rooms. So, we approached the reception again... Only then, we got our room... Sigh!!!

Checkin staff was friendly and helpful . Hotel location was superb , very near to Vienna Train station . There are plenty of food options nearby to the hotel . Breakfast spread was good as well .

離火車站衹有幾步之遙，非常方便去機場或者從機場過來。房間乾淨整潔，有免費瓶裝水，對於那些晚上入住的客人來説很友好不需要出去買水喝。 可以寄存行李不需要收錢，前台jelena和Peter給我極大的幫助，特別jelena幫助我在瑞安官網拍證件照認證，我們三個幾乎操作了一小時都認證不了，但是確實讓我感動。謝謝兩位想盡一切辦法幫我，還給我建議去機場交涉。最後回房間晚上十點多認證通過，下樓感謝他們幫助並又幫助我打印出來登機牌。 之後有機會去維也納，還會入住。

位置方便，離火車站步行約5分鐘，附近有多間超市，房間簡單清潔，但房間燈光偏暗，前枱禮貌有善，以這樣價格值得推薦。
