維也納這個酒店的位置不錯，步行可以到所有的維也納教堂、金色大廳、歌劇院等等，酒店很新，裝飾不錯，房間空間可以，總體來説性價比挺好的，推薦

Clean, modern and thoughtfully designed hotel. The beds were especially comfortable, with feather pillows, duvet and soft, high-quality bedding. Service was smooth and professional. Location – very convenient. What didn’t quite meet expectations was the breakfast: the selection was minimal and unchanged throughout the stay, so it quickly became repetitive. Housekeeping also lacked attention to small but noticeable details – like not emptying the bin or missing napkins. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to stay, just missing a bit more care in daily upkeep.

I stayed in Vienna for four days with my family. I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Extremely clean, equipped with every comfort. The Nespresso coffee pods in the room were much appreciated. A coffee in your room as soon as you wake up before breakfast was a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was incredibly generous, with all kinds of top-quality delicacies (delicious cakes, filled sandwiches, gateaux, sausages, crepes, etc.). Not to mention the kindness, helpfulness, and patience of the receptionist, Chiara! An Italian woman who accommodated all my requests with a smile and extraordinary patience. This hotel is truly superb; if I were to return to Vienna, I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel in Vienna and had a mixed experience. While there are definitely some strong points, a few major issues really affected our overall impression. Pros The hotel feels clean and newly renovated. Everything looks fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, with most attractions and city highlights within walking distance. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but the quality made up for it fresh bread and noticeably better ingredients than you usually find in hotel breakfasts. Cons Unfortunately, the room did not look anything like the photos shown online. When we asked about it, we were told that only one room in the entire hotel looks like the one advertised. This is extremely misleading and sets the wrong expectations. The room also lacked a proper working space. There was only a very small table, barely enough to open a laptop, whereas the photos showed three separate tables. This was a letdown, especially if you're planning to get any work done during your stay. The bathroom also had a glass door, which offers very little privacy. This might not be a problem for everyone, but it’s definitely worth noting. To make matters worse, when we mentioned these issues to reception, the response was basically, “That room isn’t available, and there’s nothing we can do.” Housekeeping was inconsistent as well. The first time, everything was cleaned properly, including glasses and surfaces. The second time, several things were missed entirely. Conclusion This hotel has potential, a great location, clean facilities and quality breakfast. But the misleading photos, lack of a proper workspace, see-through bathroom door and indifferent attitude at the front desk made the experience less than ideal. With some honesty in presentation and better service, it could be a great place to stay. As it stands, we left feeling disappointed.

Clean, nice hotel with very good location near the city center. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Hotel breakfast was tasty, maybe I would welcome wider selection of meals when staying for longer time.

Long weekend break to see Vienna as it had been recommended and to take in a concert which was wonderful. By accident rather than design on my part the hotel was located within 10 minutes of the concert hall, five minutes from a metro station two stops away from the main central rail station and five minutes from the Naschmarkt which is a great place for a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would recommend.

Overall stay at the blu radisson triest was excellent. The service staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms very pristine. I feel as though this hotel is very underrated and well worth the value

The hotel is very nicely renovated, with plenty of lobby spaces as well. But the service is pretty bad - stuff seems to be not very comptetent. Some rooms amentites were missing and only delivered when requested: e.g. a coffee machine in the premium room. Check-in lasted forever, staff was not sure where the room is located, not explaining how to get there and where is what. Rooms generaly clean (also because very new), but cleaning was insufficient: empty water bottles not removed, tissue fallen from the bed table left lying on the floor. Breakfast was alright, but also below regular Radisson Blue standards.

Stayed there one night for short business trip. Great hotel newly renovated and located in the city centre close to all major Vienna sights. Very good cuisine. Definitely this will be my number one choice when I am back in Vienna in the future.
