Two of the four elevators were out of order. Caused very slow access to and from the 15th floor. And no response from the staff, who only took care of security and no service attempts.

I was working in the Austria Center, so this was a short walk away for me. The bakery along the road was very convenient. Train station walking distance was convenient.

Good place to stay if you have workshop/conference at VIC/UN office. Great service, rooms are very good and staff is super helpful. Only con is that is a bit away from Vienna central city. I had a good positive stay experience and would recommend it.

I stayed at this place for a workshop at the nearby UN complex in Vienna. Although they cater as a hotel, it is more like a University dorm. The rooms are quite big, with a good bathroom and a small kitchenette. There is a fitness center open 24-7, and rooftop study room, bar and terrace. Next to the reception desk there is a cafe where one can have breakfast, coffee, sandwiches and pizzas. Your room is cleaned only if you stay more than 7 nights (they clean only every seven days), which was not a problem for me. When checking in, you receive a small sponge, dish soap, and shampoo, soap and shower gel for the bathroom. The kitchen is well-equiped. It is very easy to get there from the Airport using public transport. There is a subway station very close to the building. The hotel is on the other side of the Danube river. It takes about 20 minutes by subway to get downtown. You can also walk (about 5 k). You can walk in a nearby island on the river. It is a very nice park.

Very nice building. Has great view on higher floors. The cafe downstairs is cozy. The only negative thing is that there is a lot of construction going around in the area.

I was happy with this place. The price was reasonable and everything was in working order. Amenities were provided and that was a pleasant surprise.

great view, ideal for family stays. views are lovely, next Danube river. Though reaching the place is little tricky. its close to VIC Metro line-1 also. rooms are big with all facilities. Cleaning is an issue, because not done on daily basis.

Overall it was fine and I will probably stay there again some day. The weakness is communication. I sent a couple emails days before check-in and did not get replies until after check in. There are 36 steps required to get from the main level to the entrance which would be a major pain for some people trying to haul luggage up the stairs. There is an elevator available, but it is around the corner and there is no sign that it is available or how to use it. I expected this, but did not find till after I got there that they only do housekeeping once per week. I was not sure till I arrived, but they DO provide soap, shampoo, and towels. The room was good with a stocked kitchenette, a large table, and a large shelf for suitcases. The bed was comfortable. The floor was very cold in the late Spring, hopefully it is heated in the winter. The only heat I found was a wall mounted radiant heater.
