I would not recommend. This overpriced hotel has 2 rooms: one with 2 beds and one with 1 bed. We had booked the room with 2 beds, but when we arrived, THEY HAD GIVEN OUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE. No refund! No discount! Just an "oops!" We at least were not out on the street, but we had to share a bed in the other room when that was definitely not the plan. This hotel is like sleeping in an RV: cramped and with minimal amenities, and it is literally next to the busy, noisy, fish-fry smelling Fisherman's Wharf restaurants. Breakfast was nice, but it is a coupon for a restaurant across the park with minimal seating. At the time, the owner told me she was going to give me a whopping $50 back on my 1-night $400+ bill, but then Crickets... I would not spend my money here.

Cozy on the water
We stayed for a long weekend. It was great to be right on the wharf! The food around us was great! Room was clean and easy to access. There was breakfast included at a local cafe which was scrumptious.

Nice location
The location is wonderful and interesting however the furniture and home need updating to justify the cost. Plug in bathtub leaks and too much owner junk in the closet. The owner was rude in her explanation so maybe its time to shut it down and retire.

Quiet Houseboat Bed and Brekkie
Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza.

We stayed for two nights in this quiet, small community. The breakfast provided by Imagine was excellent. However, it would be more convenient if each room had its own kettle and hair dryer, so we wouldn’t have to return them to the outside area after every use, but we appreciate the effort and hope our feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

Unique experience, lovely host, great location close to many small restaurants and they have an arrangement with the Imagine cafe for the guest breakfast which in itself was amazing. We also received a discount from EagleWing Tours on our whale trip because we were guests of the b&b.

What a great experience. Comfortable and excellent location. Worth every penny! A unique place to stay. Breakfast voucher at a local cafe was within walking distance and absolutely delicious. Wish we would have stayed a few more nights.
