My wife and I eat dinner at the restaurant at the Shrub Lodge on 3 occasions. Each time the waiter was Washington. We had excellent service and great food. The fish and chicken sandwich were not quite tasty. We also had churros and ice cream were to die for.

Terrific stay at the Shrub Lodge in Victoria Falls . We loved how clean and well kept the lodge was . We stayed here for three nights and had the Lodge book us three excursions: 1. The Sunset cruise; 2. The Falls Guided Tour; and the day trip to Chobe safari day trip. We booked our own excursions to Boma dinner theatre which was 10/10! When we ventured out on our own we had the Lodge book their in house driver. We loved this place! The staff were so gentle and kind . We wanted a local experience and got it at Shrub Lodge. The beds , ac, bathrooms, eating area, pool were are so perfect! We stayed in room 104 and it was very quiet.

Fantastic little hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds, good pillows. All the staff were excellent, very helpful, kind and friendly. Special thanks to Faith, Edeline, Washington, Armstrong and Hillary who were fantastic. Also nice food, good breakfast and other meals. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to come back!

Well designed modern property with large ensuite rooms in an attractive landscape setting built around a swimming pool. An attentive and friendly staff who tried too hard at times. Very clean. They are able to provide tours and transfers. Good value for money.

This place is amazing. There is nothing I can fault with it. The staff are so eager to help and genuinely friendly. The rooms are simple and pleasing with a good sized bathroom, a huge modern bath tub and an excellent shower. Breakfast is also good, a choice of full English or continental, we mixed it a bit and nobody seemed to object but it was all good quality food. The evening meals (we did not have lunch) were very well presented but if you fancied fine dining then somewhere else might be sought. with that said the evening meals were more than adequate. In summary, I totally loved this place and have no problem recommending it!

The Shrub is a super nice boutique hotel in Vic Falls. We stay unfortunately only one night at The Shrub, because booking was showing they do not have more availability :(, and it was an excellent experience. The lodge seems to be pretty new, everything is perfect, the rooms have an excellent decoration and distribution. The breakfast is nice, and the swimming pool was great. We regret that we could not find availability to stay more days. This place is definitely one the best ones in Vic Falls. I recommend them 100%

A lovely, neat lodge. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Breakfasts are included. Wi-fi is available. The people are amazing and very helpful. Friendly staff.

Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом месте! Потрясающе уютно и чисто! Номера чистейшие, есть все необходимое. Очень удобные кровати, матрасы и подушки супер! Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля, очень чуткие и заботливые люди, добрые и деликатные! Такого персонала я давно не встречала🙏🏻 Ресторан в отеле отличный, завтраки сытные и очень вкусные, также можно поужинать по меню, все очень свежее и вкусное.

El personal muy amable, pero el room service de lo peor. El primer día pedí en la noche una comida del menú de niños porque era lo que se me antojaba y la porción perfecta para mí; luego de hacer mi pedido me llamaron 2 personas más para confirmar y me decían si lo que quería era otro plato, yo les repetía lo que deseaba y me dijeron que si pedía del menú de niño tenían que cobrarme doble porque tenían que poner doble porción cuando justo yo quería una porción pequeña, al final me trajeron algo totalmente diferente y cuando me quejé y vinieron a recoger la comida equivocada me volvieron con la misma cantaleta, prácticamente queriéndome forzar a que pida un plato grande. Hoy que tuve que pedir nuevamente porque no me queda de otra, no me trajeron cubiertos ni me abrieron la botella de gaseosa y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que vengan 😡😡😡😡 Terrible servicio
