Ho trovato un'accoglienza ottima in un'elegante complesso architettonico, con piscina a disposizione. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Da elogiare la bravura e la cura del cuoco nella presentazione di piatti molto particolari e gustosi.

5 stars across the board! Standing ovation for this beautiful new hotel and their incredible staff. From our amazing waiter (who bartends for the hotel as well:)), to the lovely front desk staff, to the house cleaning turn down service and everyone in between, this staff’s dedication to customer service and excellence is second to none. Just when we thought we couldn’t be more impressed, one of their darling staff members Sean offered to leave the property to pick up a book for my mom when I shared her kindle wasn’t working. Now that’s next level, exceptional customer service. Keep doing what you’re doing Insika. You’ll be the rave of Vic Falls in no time.

So spacious, clean and organised. Staff were brilliant - all so smart and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are new, huge, and so well appointed you would think you are in a top class facility somewhere in the first world, but with African animals in nature right on the fence line. Definitely would recommend to the most discerning of my friends.

A great quality lodge well located in Victoria Falls. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Extra screening may be required for the bathroom for more privacy otherwise a great room. Nice open plan dining room and bar overlooking the swimming pool. Great food which is well presented.

Insika Lodge is a wonderful place to stay!! The bartender, Granger, and restaurant staff, Blessmore, were especially kind, conversational, professional and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing. The grounds are beautiful. Your kitchen staff is outstanding. All the food looked scrumptious and tasted delicious. Love the African pudding, which is more like a sponge cake than pudding :) If I get the chance to come back to Africa, I would definitely spend my full 2 weeks at Insika!!! PS Make sure those fabulous staffers are getting their tips :):)

We had the pleasure to stay at Insika Lodge last week in Victoria Falls. It is a beautiful lodge, comfortable beds and clean, well-appointed rooms. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Very enjoyable stay. Recommend staying here.

Our experience at Insika lodge was amazing made special by the staff it was a wonderful place to stay while exploring Victoria falls.they even have their own river boat the Zambezi vista which was the perfect way to end our stay at Insika lodge I would highly recommend Insika lodge to anyone looking for a little oasis while staying in Victoria Falls.

For any traveler with mobility limitations, finding accessible accommodation can be a challenge. But, my recent trip to Victoria Falls was an absolute breeze thanks to Insika. From the moment I arrived, the staff's attentiveness was outstanding. They were genuinely helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering assistance with my luggage. The lodge itself is beautifully designed, with wide passages and easy ramps that made navigating the property effortless. My room was a dream - spacious and beautifully done, with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and a roll-in shower. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a truly inclusive environment. My room boasted a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens, offering a tranquil escape after a day of exploring. The lodge's location was close enough to the Victoria Falls for easy access, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat. Overall, my stay at Insika was an unforgettable experience. It allowed me to fully appreciate the wonder of Victoria Falls without any limitations. If you're looking for a wheelchair-friendly lodge in Victoria Falls that offers exceptional service, comfort, and a stunning location, look no further than Insika. You won't be disappointed!
