We took the house tour but did not stay overnight. As to the physical appearance the 5 star reviews are spot on. The host had extensive knowledge of the history. The experience may be more informal than one at a larger inn. The upstairs was sunny.

My sister and I had a wonderful one night stay at Bazsinsky House. Andrew was welcoming and warm. The house was beautiful, immaculate and fascinating. We felt well looked after. Andrew provided a lovely breakfast. He shared the house's history and some history about Vicksburg. Thank you for a lovely stay, we have made great memories and absolutely recommend Bazsinsky House.

This is such a charming bed and breakfast. The house retains so much of the original architectural detail, particularly the massive folding doors between the front parlour and the dining room. The collection of furniture, china and art is also very impressive. Andrew, the proprietor, makes an awesome breakfast and has a wealth of knowledge about the home’s history and the area in general. And the story of the home is equal parts fascinating and gossipy in the very best way. Bedrooms are large and gracious and the linens are snappy. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful historic home, nicely restored, with a fascinating history. Spacious, well appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Within walking distance of a good restautant. Owner/host serves excellent breakfast and us an interesting storyteller

The Bazsinski House a charming, peaceful, majestic B&B perfectly located with a view on the Yazoo River and delicious southern breakfasts. Fantastic and amazing, beautiful historic house where you will experience Southern Hospitality and where Andrew will welcome and cherish you. He is doing his best to make you feel comfortable and to magnify your stay. Every morning he prepares especially for you a fresh delicious southern style breakfast I no longer count the times I stayed there since 2014 and it's always a great pleasure like coming back to visit family you've not seen for a while.

Charming, peaceful, majestical, perfectly located with a view on the Yazoo river and delicious southern breakfasts. Fantastic and amazing beautiful historic house where you will be welcomed and cherished by Andrew. He gives always good advices and will prepare especially for you a fantastic and delicious southern style breakfast. I no loger count the times I stayed there since 2014 and it's always a great pleasure like coming back to visit family you've never seen for a while.

Beautiful, so relaxing and comfortable! We arrived at Andrew’s B&B on our way from Florida to Denver. Such a beautiful oasis in a city full of so much information. We took our City Passport and went to the Old Court House Museum. So interesting and recommended. Andrew recommended 10 South Bar and Grill for dinner. My husband is Gluten Free and our cute waitress, Gia, brought out the menu with items crossed off by the chef on how to accommodate his diet. The pork chops were delicious. Plate licking worthy! For breakfast we were served GF pancakes, fruit, yogurt, sausages and real whipped cream. Then Andrew gave us the history of the home. So interesting! Our bedroom was huge, the bed was very comfortable and just a great place. You won’t be disappointed by this experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. It’s located across from the Courthouse Museum. The breakfast was delicious and Andrew is a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

We found it amazing! Andrew is a consumate host. Full disclosure... We have family friends we came to see in Vicksburg and to tour the Military park. We knew where we were booking in advance. If you're into history, the Civil War, antebellem architecture, stunning, eclectic items...this is for you! The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast outstanding. The history of the house fascinating. The dog, Clementine is a sweetie!
