Hotel in zona Coastal Walk Eggs, Vicente Lopez

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Great little hotel. Ok the cons. Two blocks too much into an area that might not feel right with travelers that are not use to big cities like NYC. While the room was clean and well appointed the shower could use a little love. And lastly no coffee in the room. The pros. Great staff. Water bottles and drinks in the room. Room is big and comfortable. The price is right and the location close enough to key areas. Breakfast was good just what you need nothing fancy. I would def stay here again. I would recommend to people as well.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Fue todo excelente, la atención del personal, la limpieza y comodidad de los departamentos, muy cercanos al barrio chino, la cancha de River y los bosques de Palermo. Destacable la atención del personal, desde el primer momento fueron muy amables nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de la zona y estuvieron atentos durante toda nuestra estadía

Avoid this hotel at any cost. It was a shameless bait & switch tactic. We booked a quadruple room at the Recoleta Luxury Boutique Hotel. We prepaid a few nights to be on the safe side. When we showed up to check in according to plan the room we were supposed to occupy was not available due to, supposedly, emergency renovations. Staff gave us contradicting explanations: some pipeline had flooded the hotel but the renovations seemed to be more than just a last minute fix. It all looked planned. The unavailability of our room certainly came as a surprise, we had been in touch with hotel staff repeatedly throughout the prior weeks. They claimed that they did not have contact info to let us know about this unexpected turn of events: false, they had sent us confirmation of our booking to our email address. We had contacted them several times over the phone and in person leading up to our stay at the hotel. They sent us to another establishment belonging to the same hotel chain: the so-called Le B Club & Terrace. Ignore the pompous name: it is a student hostel with horrible maintenance and lousy hygiene. We are talking roaches; walls badly in need of a coat of paint; a rickety, claustrophobic elevator on the brink of malfunction, and a curious reluctance to change our towels, among other details. Both establishments seem to be seriously understaffed. The little staff there is available comes across as terminally uninterested, apathetic, jaded, possibly untrained, prone to lame excuses and bogus explanations. One of their pretexts was “I can’t help you because I just started in the job”. When we finally got lucky enough to confront the manager of Recoleta Luxury Boutique Hotel, an elusive woman by the name Carolina, she apologized profusely and claimed to be on our case. Once again, she wrote down our contact info (or pretended to do so). Several days have passed and we never heard back from her: out of sight, out of mind. In short: avoid this hotel and all its other sister establishments at all cost. It will be a disappointing and at times infuriating experience.

Il pavimento è molto nuovo, pulito e ben situato anche se i letti sono abbastanza duri.

1 Avevamo il ceck in alle 2PM e siamo arrivati alle 1.30PM circa dopo un giorno intero di viaggio dall Italia e ci hanno detto che prima di due ore la stanza non era pronta 2 avevo prenotato un suite e ci hanno dato una camera che non era la suite, molto più piccola, senza soggiorno separato senza angolo cottura ne nessun optional, letto molto scomodo, lenzuola male odoranti, bagno pieno di muffa. 3 i due signori e ladri della reception GONZALO E CHARLIE ci hanno consigliato di pagare tramite bonifico dall argentina per evitare di pagare tasse e cambi valuta e dopo aver fatto il bonifico un giorni prima della partenza ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare altrettanti soldi in contanti a loro due perché avevano fatto un errore di calcolo, in totale la camera alla fine mi è costata quasi il doppio!!! LADRI E DISONESTI!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!
