First time in this relais e chateau . L’hotel piccolo e confortevole ma il ristorante certamente non all’altezza. Siamo stati seduti quasi 2,5 ore per 3 portate che sono giunte anche fredde e addirittura sbagliando il destinatario dei vari piatti. Onestamente per un ristorante che chiede 100 euro per un menu’ degustazione di 3 portate bisogna aspettarsi di piu’ e soprattutto in un locale di questo livello. Anche il personale era in imbarazzo per la lungaggine e gli errori del servizio Probabilmente non ci torneremo First time in this relais and chateau. The hotel is small and comfortable but the restaurant is certainly not up to par. We were seated for almost 2.5 hours for 3 courses which also arrived cold and even the recipient of the various dishes was wrong. Honestly, for a restaurant that asks 100 euros for a 3-course tasting menu, you have to expect more and especially in a place of this level. Even the staff were embarrassed by the length and mistakes of the service Probably won't be back

EVOIDO Non rimanere in questo hotel se: ti piace la tua camera oscura, i tuoi letti non sono sfoghi, ma soprattutto se si desidera che il tuo hotel assume la responsabilità di altri ospiti che possono entrare nella tua camera durante la notte. A circa le 2:30, siamo stati svegliati da un altro ospite (bevuto) nella nostra stanza, che era accompagnato da un gruppo di amici fuori. Mia moglie era spaventata. È sicuro dire che non abbiamo dormito molto dopo. Il giorno dopo, abbiamo preso questo con la ricezione, dove la video di sicurezza mostrava che la porta era aperta da sola all’inizio della notte, e la porta era stata chiusa e chiusa. L'hotel ha continuato a fare il possibile per colpevolizzare l'incidente su di noi e sull'ospite che entrava nella nostra stanza a metà della notte, anche quando si è scoperto il meccanismo di chiusura della porta era difettoso, perché non era sgrossato sulla porta. Il manager dell'hotel ha anche cercato di ribadire il fatto che il meccanismo di chiusura delle porte era difettoso per noi. Poi, l'indirizzo email che ci hanno fornito per scalare la nostra denuncia è stato sconvolto (sì, abbiamo controllato la scrittura). Di conseguenza, abbiamo perso la fiducia in questo hotel, e non saremmo sorpresi se ci tentassero di riaccenderci per l'apertura della porta da soli a causa di un meccanismo di chiusura della porta difettoso in mezzo alla notte in una risposta qui sotto. Almeno nessuna delle nostre cose è stata presa e mia moglie non era sola nella stanza. Potrebbe essere stato molto peggio di un paio di ore perse di sonno. Non rimarremo mai in nessuna proprietà Vacancéole. Vi consigliamo di fare lo stesso.
