Hotel in zona Parrocchia Nostra Dama di Versailles, Versailles

Per visitare Versailles scegliamo questo Relais & Chateaux a pochi minuti di macchina, immerso nel verde del Parco di Saint Cloud, dove abbiamo trascorso 2 notti. Accoglienza ottima da parte del personale di Reception, garage gratuito, Junior Suite con ampio terrazzo attrezzato, tranquillo, e rilassante vista sul parco. Piccolo omaggio dolce come soci R&C, in bagno oltre alle solite toiletries c’erano anche peeling, creme e maschere, un'attenzione in più. Peccato il personale a colazione, svogliato e disinteressato, decisamente non in linea con il resto dello staff. Una mattina una cliente ha dovuto entrare in cucina per chiamare gli addetti perchè erano spariti e non c’era nessuno in sala…malissimo. Anche noi abbiamo avuto un paio di spiacevoli episodi con loro, piccole cose che però non devono succedere e delle quali abbiamo parlato con la Responsabile della Reception. Il buffet per colazione discreto, anche con qualcosa di tipicamente francese (il clafoutis per esempio) benché spiccatamente sbilanciato sul dolce. Bella terrazza che sembrava in uso per la colazione (come dettoci al check-in) ma che invece non lo era, spiegazione del motivo non pervenuta (non pioveva, non faceva freddo…c’erano tutte le condizioni per fare colazione fuori ma la risposta alla nostra richiesta è stata un laconico “no”). Turn down ben eseguito con acqua, biscotti e tisane. Un piacevole indirizzo, peccato davvero per il pessimo staff della colazione, ma bene tutto il resto, quindi giudizio positivo.

è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, per business, molto comodo ad andare in velizy in Stellantis. Camera pulita, spaziosa e con tutti i comfort, bella finestra grande e letto molto comodo. Colazione molto buona Parking accessibile a pagamento Ottimo hotel per business o per turismo perchè molto vicino a versailles e Parigi

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

Ho l’opportunità di soggiornare per due mesi in questo hotel e fare almeno 10 camere. Penso che il mio parere conta molto, non vi consiglio tutte le Camere sul lato dell’accoglienza, un rumore di VMC e di frigo terribile. E di vicinanza, Non ho dormito bene. Durante il mio soggiorno. Ho trovato un documento collocato sulla porta spiegandomi che dovevo cambiare camera in pieno mezzo del mio soggiorno con spiegazioni abusive dei responsabili dell’hotel e nessuna compensazione perché avevano affittato la camera a qualcuno di’altro. La responsabile dell’hotel mi ha detto di volerlo, possono rimuovere i miei affari dalla stanza stessa, cosa che credo sia vietato questione Secure bene chiudere le finestre perché alcune parti rotanti non funzionano. Tutti possono accedere all’hotel. È un vero moulin. Evitare la chambre handicapée un odore insostenibile che imbibe tutte le 2 camere.

Hôtel très récent ou rénové il y a peu. Tout est moderne et de qualité. Grande TV multimédia dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner à volonté bon et de qualité. Parking payant mais attention limité à 2metres et ça il faudrait le préciser car j'ai payé les 8€ sans pouvoir me garer. Ensuite le gros bémol c'est qu'une fois dans l'hôtel il n'y a quasi plus de réseau téléphonique (sfr et orange) et le wifi n'est pas bien mieux.

L'orario previsto è molto vicino all'orario dell'hotel e ho prenotato questo hotel con un bell'aspetto e un design. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Gentilly sulla linea B. Il personale è molto cordiale ed entusiasta. L'isolamento acustico della stanza è nella media.

Excellent business hotel. Room size was excellent, with everything you need. Like many places nowadays, there is a coffee pod machine - I can never understand why these machines are not left full of water and switched on - i.e. ready to use. They are all the same - black and chrome, and easy enough to use when you know, but nigh-on impossible to work out how to use them when you've never seen them before, and the black switch on the black background is at the back of a black machine in a dark moodily-lit room on a black shelf. The best thing about the room was the view - a huge picture window looking south towards the centre of Paris with Montmatre and the Eiffel Tower in view. That's the advantage of a room on the 6th floor - colleagues on the lower floors didn't have the same view of course. The breakfast was great - everything needed. Overall I'd be happy to stay here again.
