I am currently waiting for a refund and need to know the steps to take. The hotel was terrible. I walked in a walked out immediately before even being able to bear taking pictures.

I was impressed with my overall stay. I was greeted with a warm welcome when checking in which was pleasant. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (even shampoo and body wash). I would definitely book again when I'm in the area.

The place is a dive. Supposedly it was refurbished and reopened under a new name, but i saw no signs of refurbishment. While there was a flat screen TV, it didn't work. The cable box for it was damaged and when I brought it to the front desk, they didn't have a replacement box to give me. There was no place to sit other than on the bed. There was no cup in the bathroom and no complimentary bottles of shampoo, and no bar soap. Just a couple of tubes attached to the shower wall, one marked body and one marked hair. I would highly recommend that NO ONE ever stay at this hotel.

For 189 dollars the bathroom don't have hands soap ans the shower only shampoo..for that kind of money a total waste.

New owners are doing a great job renovating this hotel (and it seems like they’re doing most of it by themselves!) One of few places to stay in an area that has amazing hiking, mountain biking, breweries, and restaurants!!!

I pre-paid for two rooms. At check in I was told that my reservation was for one room. I was also told that if I needed another room that they would extend the same price as I had paid for my single room. This was a scam to try to get me to pay for another room. I would like a rebate for the room I was not able to use. I have the receipts.

I was told that the property was recently acquired. It is conveniently located but, perhaps due to the recency of the acquisition, some amenities were missing (e.g., no ice machine, no coffee maker in the room, 2 ironing boards but no iron, no chairs (desk or armchair), no nightstand lamp). It would have been an inconvenience for a stay of more than one night.

This is a very basic motel. Some newly renovated features.
TV didn't work...needed to be connected.
They are new to the business and have some organizational things to work out/
