"My friend and I had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don't be discouraged with this not being in the city centre because the free public transport is just outside the hotel. Make sure to check out the 4th floor of the hotel because the view of the mountain is amazing. The mini kitchen is handy for us. And with Lidl just a few steps away, we had some delicious cheap meal. Guys from the airport, ask the information desk where the metro stop. Don't take a taxi but take the metro and make sure you get your mobile free transport pass. From the airport it is only less than 10 mins ride. We did not spend a penny exploring the city and transport to the airport. I hardly write a review, but it is worth writing this to help others."

"Il piano temporaneo di rimanere a Ginevra per un giorno, il prezzo dell'hotel originale è salito a 2k+, quindi ho scelto il negozio.Il trasporto è conveniente, è necessario andare a piedi per guidare un autobus alla stazione ferroviaria.La grande struttura della stanza è anche invariata come la nuova tradizione. Alcuni funzionari sono stati felici tranne una reception femminile..Forse non riesco a vedere i cinesi, ma non importa.I nostri figli sono un po'calorici e vogliono riposare un po'di più.Ho chiesto a due piccoli amici di reception, ritardato il ritardo alla 2pm gratuitamente, grazie. Se si confronta con l'hotel di Ginevra, le strutture su un'altra strada di Zurigo sono anche buone e convenienti per il trasporto fino al lago di Ginevra"

"We liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped. They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room. When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was. My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out. I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review. There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve."

"We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus. It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City. Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner. The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice."

"Spaziose stanza, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di tram che può raggiungere il lago di Ginevra ....un set di servizi è stato preparato per una stanza prenota per 2 adulti e 1 bambini. Buona diffusione del colazione. Il servizio di autobus relativamente nuovo e di navetta per l'aeroporto è disponibile."

"E' il mio secondo soggiorno in questo hotel, ma la soddisfazione rimane. Ho avuto una camera tripla per un letto doppio di dimensioni decente. La camera originale dava un odore di sigarette fumando con finestre sigillate, ma l'ho cambiato subito. La seconda stanza era solo buona. Anche il colazione era semplice ma buono.Il personale era gentile e utile.In generale, un'altra buona esperienza."

"Il prezzo è molto più economico rispetto agli hotel in città Quindici minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto, anche il bus navetta dell'hotel è sufficiente L'aeroporto è collegato alla stazione ferroviaria, sulla macchinetta acquistate autonomamente il biglietto del treno da e per Losanna in giornata Vai nella città vecchia, prendi il tram per 20 minuti, chiedi alla reception dell'hotel di ottenere il codice QR per i turisti per prendere i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente"

"Everything is pretty decent - clean room with decent space and friendly front desk that speak perfect English. The location is not very ideal for tourists, but it has a bus stop just downstairs of the hotel."
