Buon piccolo albergo Il solito spauracchio Mi aspetto ancora che la biancheria venga cambiata ogni giorno, maledetto il pianeta. Se non fai sconti, cambia le lenzuola. Non uso le stesse lenzuola per 3 giorni consecutivi a casa. Greenwash

Mi sono divertito moltissimo qui! Najel o Naja sono stati così gentili con me all'arrivo. Mi sono divertito.

Personale cordiale, buona colazione. Supermercato e panetteria nelle vicinanze. L'autobus locale da/per l'aeroporto ferma proprio di fronte all'hotel e anche il tram per il centro città ferma accanto all'hotel.

Perfetto, è facile raggiungere i trasporti pubblici, vicino al centro commerciale Balexert.. lo adoro davvero, il loro personale è così gentile e disponibile, ho ricevuto una tessera di trasporto gratuita che può anche farmi risparmiare soldi

Nel complesso l'hotel era fresco e pulito, la posizione è vicino all'aeroporto e il parcheggio era ok, molti lavori di costruzione in area e molti tji gs non erano rifiniti, le camere non avevano un cestino della spazzatura, La ragazza alla reception non è stata molto disponibile quando le ho chiesto indicazioni e suggerimenti per la zona, è stata scortese quando ho chiesto informazioni sul parcheggio. . stava cercando di prenderci in giro perché pensavamo che il parcheggio fosse incluso nel prezzo, npt cosa faccio per rispondere a una domanda del cliente! Il sistema di codice per le porte non funzionava correttamente!

Il volo è stato cancellato e abbiamo prenotato due pernottamenti come riserva. 10 minuti dopo, abbiamo ricevuto la notifica che il volo era stato riprogrammato. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato l'hotel per discutere un rimborso. Tuttavia nei giorni successivi l'hotel ha richiesto numerosi voucher per il cambio volo, nonostante i quali ci hanno comunque addebitato. Non sono molti soldi, ma sembrava che il comportamento dell'hotel fosse ostile. Non abbiamo potuto dare loro una buona recensione per i soldi che abbiamo speso e non abbiamo nemmeno avuto la possibilità di effettuare il check-in.

Vicino all'aeroporto. Lontano dalla città. La mia stanza era al primo piano. Finestra aperta al suolo. Era pulito.

L'hotel è a circa 1,5 o 2 chilometri dall'aeroporto, puoi prendere un autobus dall'aeroporto all'hotel, ma dopo le 23:00 non ci sono mezzi di trasporto generali e devi prendere un taxi costoso o camminare. Oltre al disagio di andare e tornare dall'aeroporto a tarda notte, in realtà è comodo viaggiare in altri orari: la stazione del tram della metropolitana leggera è nelle vicinanze ed è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro di Ginevra. L'ambiente e l'igiene dell'hotel sono molto buoni.

Doesn’t have some of your usual hotel amenities but you truly get what you pay for! Very worth the price, very clean and great service

Pros: clean, value for money (I paid 85 Euro a nite with BF and taxes), almost sound-proof rooms, close to the airport and about 15 mins on trams to Geneva city centre. Nice breakfast - cereal/ cheese of course/  cold cuts and fried eggs. Free bus No.28 from the airport which has a stop near the hotel (u need to show you have a confirmed room booking). Cons- no electric kettle/ no cups in room , so I need to bring a bottle to get hot water from the ground floor cafe. This is ok to me, overall nice stay.

We liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped. They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room. When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was. My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out. I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review. There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve.

All the staff there are very friendly and respectful. We were allowed to check in early even though that is not their policy which was very kind of them. Initially when we arrived at the hotel we were planning on leaving our luggage there and go out, and later come back to check in however, they were nice to let us check in around 12pm. They offer breakfast options as well at a price, however, it was better working out for us not to eat at the hotel. Overall it is a very lovely and cozy hotel and I would book with them again even if we are not allowed to check in early!

The room is clean. Service is great! Although I just stayed over a night. It’s near tram station and easy access to the city.

The room is very good and just the right size. It is clean and hygienic, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the airport and convenient to travel. Recommended!
