We had a great stay at this property. We opted for a taster menu of local sourced produce and we were very impressed. It included a melon with a liqueur on top, a fresh salad, some hams and pâté and a fabulous selection of cheese. We had some local champagne to drink with. We were in food heaven. It was very quiet and slept like babies. The breakfast was also delicious, with so many home made jams, fresh bread and croissant. Juice snd tea and coffee. Fred was very good and made sure we were looked after. The grounds are beautiful with a river stream at the bottom of the garden. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay for two nights. Fred was incredibly kind and hospitable. He also introduced us to a delicious bio champagne house. We stayed the 4 ( kids 9yr and 12yrs) of us in the mezzanine room and they loved the room and the overall stay . Thank you ! We will be back .

Excellent séjour de deux nuits dans cette chambre d'hottes d'déception a tous les niveaux. L'accueil chaleureux dès l'arrivée, et toutes les informations à savoir, Fred connait vraiment beaucoup des choses et sais très bien de les transmettre. Très belle maison, chambre décorée avec beaucoup de gout bien sur très propre avec le lit confortable. Jardin magnifique et reposant. Le repas du soir vraiment très très bon, produits locaux et les fromages juste exceptionnels digne les meilleurs restaurants étoilés. Le petit déjeuner avec les confitures maisons délicieuse très variées et originaux. Les discutions avec Fred, le conseil pour achat de champagne et des visites de la région. Tout a participé à notre séjour parfait. Merci à Fred et Cécile !

Очень красивый и с любовью сохраняющийся старый дом. У нас была большая семейная комната. Очень уютная. Огромная ванная комната (подняться по лестнице на этаж выше). Чистота. Тишина. Ужин с местными деликатесами и шампанским был просто божественен.

In een rustige omgeving net buiten Reims hebben we met ons gezin bij Frederique en Cecile geslapen. Wat een prachtig huis en omgeving. Hij heeft de kamers zelf verbouwd met veel oog voor detail. De bedden liggen heerlijk, met zachte dekens. Fijne badkamer. Mooie historische elementen zijn verwerkt in bouw en aankleding. Wij aten in een restaurant in het stadje. Leuk om te bezichtigen. Maar ik geloof dat wat Frederique serveert ook top zal zijn. Het ontbijt is met veel eigen gemaakte producten. Frederique nodigde ons uit om nog samen de avond af te sluiten, dat was helaas niet mogelijk maar wel leuk geweest. Een overnachting die me lang bij zal blijven.

In dem schön restauriertem alten Gebäude aus dem 16. Jahrhundert haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fred ist ein super sympathischer Gastgeber, der sich auch kurzfristig noch um ein leckeres Abendessen für uns kümmerte. Dazu konnten wir sehr eckeren Bio Champagner trinken Das petit dejeuner ist ebenfalls gut. In de Gegend kann man auch länger verweilen. Dann unbedingt bei ihm. Fred spricht fließend Englisch und versteht und spricht auch Deutsch.
