It’s nice for a night or two. The view from the pool area is beautiful but you have to go up three floors through the stairs to get there. At day it’s a bit noisy because of the public transport, and by night, there were people outside on the street talking loud and I could still hear them. The bathroom is spacious on the shower area. The tv was not that good. It was clean and the staff was nice.

DESDE QUE LLEGAMOS A LA HABITACIÓN NOS ENCONTRAMOS UNA CHINCHE EN LAS COBIJAS DE LAS CAMAS, SE REPORTO. EL CLIMA NO FUNCIONANA Y NO TENIA OTRO APARTAMENTO PARA PODER QUITAR EL CALOR. NUEVAMENTE COMO A LAS 3 DE LA MAÑANA NOS PERCATAMOS QUE LAS CAMAS ESTABAN INFESTADAS DE CHINCHES. PESIMO SERVICIO DE INSTALACIONES. NO VUELVO JAMÁS.

Pésimo! No nos respetaron la reservación y nos cancelaron cuando intentamos hacer check in. Alegaron que la tarjeta no había pasado y que se había cancelado el mismo día del check in horas antes, cosa que no fue cierta porque la reservación se mantuvo activa en la app durante todos los días de la estancia, incluso ahora estoy respondiendo una evaluación de que tal estuvo dicha estancia. Si las personas de ese hotel no les gusta reservar por medio de apps que se abstengan de prestarse a aparecer en dichas apps.

Me cancelaron la reservación justo el día que era mi llegada, solo unas horas antes cuando venía yo manejando. Insistieron en que se me avisó, pero o realidad es que no lo hicieron, incluso para probarlo, les mostré que la reservación seguía activa en la app e incluso estoy escribiendo esto porque la app hasta el día hoy que se supone era mi estancia en dicho hotel me pide “evaluar” el servicio que en dicho lugar no quisieron darme, por lo que es obvio que la app nunca canceló dicha reservación como ellos aseguraron. Tuve que ponerme a buscar hospedaje por otro lado cargando niños pequeños y adultos mayores. Creo que este hotel debería salirse de este tipo de plataformas si no les gusta dar el servicio.

Se encuentra céntrico, por mi esposa que de la regadera salga un poco más caliente ya que sale tibia y para ella no está bien

El hotel esta bien para pasar una o maximo dos noches , pero el servicio del estacionamiento es pesimo , si llegas tarde ya no te lo llevan y lo tienes que dejar en la calle.
Y los servicios de la habitacion , no muy buenos , olia a humedad y los sevicios son muy basicos
