Kaia is a beautiful, clean, contemporary PENTHOUSE (completed March 2015) and has just been recently redecorated, both inside and out. She is fronted by a large balcony which can be used to dine al fresco or simply as a relaxing place to sit and 'be present'. She is tucked away, almost hidden from the busy esplanade so has the best of both worlds where all amenities can be reached by foot.The wonderful views can be enjoyed from both the lounge and master bedroom. Comfortably furnished throughout with 2 relaxing sofas, solid oak flooring and modern kitchen. Kaia has a feeling of seaside and freshness about her. The master bedroom is spacious an en-suite shower, basin and WC whilst the twin bedroom houses two Victorian single brass beds, with TV/DVD player and iPod dock.
