房間設施和衞生都可以；工作人員服務態度，禮貌周到非常好，還主動提出贈送飲品；新酒店確實設施都比較時髦新穎，有科技感現代感，令我用了語音，免得打字結果人舒適愉悦；酒店大廳空調非常足和給力，讓意大利🇮🇹8月夏日旅行絲絲涼爽，愜意；早餐還可以；地理位置非常好，距離購物商場商業區都非常近，步行很多主要景點都可達，安全係數較高；令人愉悦的一次入住體驗，不愧是評價較高的新晉五星酒店。僅供大家參考哈。

Per il nostro soggiorno a Venezia abbiamo scelto il boutique hotel "Violino d'Oro" e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. L'LHW Hotel con le sue 32 camere è stato completamente ristrutturato e trasformato in hotel a 5 stelle nel 2023 e si trova nel cuore di Venezia, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni della città. Il taxi acqueo dall'aeroporto ci ha portati al molo vicino all'hotel, da dove siamo stati prelevati senza problemi. Dalla nostra suite con due camere da letto con balconcino affacciato sul canale, avevamo una vista fantastica sul passaggio delle gondole e venivamo svegliati la mattina con le arie verdiane cantate dai gondolieri. La suite era arredata in modo ottimale; Anche il know-how tecnico era aggiornato Sì, l'incantevole hotel è "nel mezzo della vita" ed è arredato con gusto con pezzi d'antiquariato italiani e locali e ci siamo sentiti a casa. A ciò ha contribuito in particolare la gentilezza del personale di servizio...qui vorrei sottolineare il concierge Matteo Flumian, che ha saputo esaudire ogni nostro desiderio con nostra completa soddisfazione; Grazie mille per questo. Sia la direttrice generale Annabella Cariello che la comproprietaria Sara Maestrelli ci hanno accolto calorosamente come amici. A causa delle case storicamente diverse, è necessario percorrere alcuni tratti a piedi per raggiungere la sala colazione; Ma per noi non è un problema una volta che conosci il percorso. La colazione era di altissimo livello per gli standard italiani e non ci è mancato nulla. Verremo di nuovo...

Hotel ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla chiesa di San Marco, alla stazione della funivia e alla fermata del vaporetto (San Marco-Vallaresso), camere confortevoli, colazione molto varia e deliziosa. C'è un ascensore! Ne vale davvero la pena, lo rifarei!

In a beautiful city full of beautiful hotels - Violino D'Oro Venezia stands out head & shoulders above the others. What makes a city such as Venice amazing? The people. What makes a hotel in a city with some of the nicest hotels in the world exceptional? The staff. Their warmth, sincerity, attention to detail, gift of anticipation, discretion, memory, the details, all of the little things that separate them from the rest. They are not in the hotel business. They are in the hospitality business. Fully understanding what we liked and wanted to do, see, and eat - every recommendation was spot on. Knowing we had limited time, some of our inquiries were met with an emphatic, "This is a must!" or a very discreet, "You are not missing anything." I had delayed luggage, a lost wallet, it rained, this and that - boo hoo! My visit to Venice was so beautiful we did not want to leave. The Violino D'oro made it a memory I will always cherish and cannot wait to revisit. I would be remiss if I did not mention some of the staff. Shawnee (due doppi espressi il prima possible), Alex, Tudor, Giada, Andrea (best haircut place ever), and last but certainly not least, Mateo. Location? Perfect Food? Delicious Rooms? Wow Cleanliness? Immaculate Blah, Blah, Blah . . . As I stated above - a memory I will always cherish and cannot wait to revisit. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, Violino d'Oro and its employees were the best Hotel experience for the past years for us. It was all about an exceptional service, beautiful art and room details and made us feel VERY comforatble during our stay. This place is a 5 star hotel place for many different reasons. The location of the hotel is 1A too. Breakfast was exceptional. The room was beautiful, clean and VERY comfortable. We will recommend the hotel to family and to our best friends.
