Servizio e colazione molto buoni Ma la posizione è lontana dall'isola di Venezia

La stanza è carina, il cameriere ha un ottimo atteggiamento, risponde pazientemente alle domande, complimenti!

Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre Ospedale, il che è un vantaggio. Nel bagno, la cabina doccia è realizzata con una fessura, l'acqua perde leggermente. La colazione è buona, ma se vieni nelle "ore di punta", puoi aspettare molto tempo per un tavolo libero. In generale le colazioni si tengono nel seminterrato, non molto piacevoli.

Il pendolarismo va male dopo le 19:00. Hotel medio, niente di speciale. I letti erano comodi.

Hotel moderno con strutture molto ben tenute. Camera con un letto molto comodo. Lo consiglio!!!

Bellissimo hotel con personale molto disponibile e cordiale! Mi è stata assegnata una grande stanza al primo piano con un ampio bagno e una doccia aperta. Ho adorato il fatto che la camera abbia un frigorifero, 2 bottiglie d'acqua e anche tutti i servizi per tè e caffè. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio sottostante che costa € 10 al giorno. L'unica cosa è che devi camminare sul retro dell'hotel per raggiungere la tua macchina. Questo non è stato un problema per me dato che avevo solo il bagaglio a mano. L'unica critica che ho è il costo del cibo del ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato il servizio in camera che costava 7 € da portare in camera. Non mangio molto ma anche io sono rimasto scioccato dalle dimensioni delle porzioni per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Abbiamo ordinato 2 condutture senza nient'altro aggiunto e sono arrivate come le dimensioni di un antipasto. Questo ci è costato € 50. Il cibo era presentato bene e aveva un buon sapore, ma la prossima volta troveremo un ristorante fuori dall'hotel perché non era sufficiente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per un piatto principale. Mi è piaciuto l'hotel e sarò sicuramente felice di tornarci.

La posizione dell'hotel è vicino alla stazione dei treni.La colazione è molto ricca.E' un hotel di proprietà Marriott e si possono accumulare punti.

Was a little far from Venezia and Venice Mestre Statjon but still reasonable enough as there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to others.

Location is ok, around 10-15 mins bus ride from Mestre Station and there is a direct bus to the main island of Venice. You can buy bus ticket at the hotel reception. There is a big supermarket (CONAD) opposite to the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Room is a bit small tho, can’t open two big luggages at the same time. Breakfast selection is ok, just usual breakfast choice but the staff is so nice.

Staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing and def worth the extra cost. Front desk arranged for a taxi for the airport which was very convenient. 2 suggestions would be a fully enclosed shower door, kind of weird that it’s only a half glass wall and sprays out during the shower. Also, we were on the 8th floor and alllll night and early morning I heard loud thumping noises and rolling noises, only to realize the weight room was above us on the 9th floor ?! I’ve never heard of a weight room being above the hotel guest rooms , not a good floor plan idea for guests to get adequate rest and relax after a long travel day. I would suggest first floor weight room like most other hotels. Also, hotel is not near many restaurants etc . Not a lot to do nearby.

My wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay,
