Completely remodeled 2/1 home located in a great neighborhood close to everything. Downtown Venice 1 mile away. Venice Beach 2 miles away. Nokomis Beach 4 miles away. 2 parks are within walking distance from home. The bigger park has Pickleball, tennis, and baseball fields. The kids park is one block away from home with swings, small baseball field and basketball court. Brohard dog beach park is 10 minute drive from home. Siesta Key is 20 minute drive. Publix and multiple dinning options within a few miles of the house. Great place will stay again This was a nice house in a nice area. Very close to beaches and park. It was very clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again. Owner was very nice and accommodating and communicated with us frequently. We Vrbo Alot and I would say this place has been the best.

Lovely home with new furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Easy to get everywhere. Very clean! I definitely recommend!
