Moulin Royale

We stayed at Moulin Royale as part of our travels around France. This B&B is the best we have ever stayed in. The owners were warm, welcoming and helpful with great tips. The room was large and immaculate, with every accessory you could want. The furnishings are gorgeous. They even had a mini-bar with a great selection. The grounds are stunning, with little spots where you can sit and relax. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold, but it looks terrific. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Mouline Royale is an absolutely exceptional guest house, and my family and I had the most wonderful experience staying there ahead of my and my fiance's wedding in August. Mohammed and Wade are both incredibly attentive, friendly and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special. The guest house itself is beautiful; the rooms are all absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are idyllic, and the salt water pool was glorious. To top everything off, Mohammed and Wade also made sure that we had everything we could possibly want in the lead up to the special day, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I can't recommend Mouline Royale highly enough. We're already plotting our next trip back! Abi

This is 5*. We stayed for the second time this week, this time for our daughter's wedding. The accommodation is exceptional with fantastic hospitality from both Wade and Mohammed, who made everything perfect. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it's relaxing around the pool to our choice of music and champagne, the amazing picnic or the excellent breakfast, everything is just tremendous.

I have been meaning to write our review since we spent a few days at the wonderful Moulin Royale in early December last year. I / we could not have found a more relaxing and sensational boutique hotel, if we tried. We arrived late evening through electric gates to the most wonderful looking house. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were fabulously decorated and very well furnished, and so clean. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were a touch of luxury, as was the breakfast / lounge area. Moulin Royale is within easy reach of Paris. We also headed for the local towns and villages to see the castles and experience the local culture. A great way to spend the weekend. We cannot wait to stay again. Maybe in spring or summer this time, if only to use the pool! Thank you Moulin Royale

We were just looking for a hotel for a stopover on our way back from Brittany and came across this unique beautiful hotel. Everything is very well maintained. We received a very warm welcome and our room left nothing to be desired. Selected accessories, appealing pictures, very well-stocked minibar, comfortable beds, fluffy bathrobes and much more. The breakfast, in particular, is unbeatable. Wonderfully set tables, the finest crockery, special drinking chocolates, high-quality teas, delicious pastries and pleasant music. I have to wonder if I have ever had a better breakfast anywhere. I don't think so. It was overwhelming and I will gladly return to this special place. Guests are pampered. Wonderful B & B. where we stayed 5 nights. The decoration is unlike anything you would see in a B & B in England, let alone the location, which was quiet, calm and beautiful. Lovely gardens to the rear of the property. We were able to visit all the places which were on our 'to do' list within an hour or so of the property. The continental breakfast was exceptional, fresh bread from the bakery every morning. ham, cheese, fruit,and much more. Our host was great, as were the three french bull dogs who greeted us on occasion when they were in the grounds. Would return tomorrow if we could.....

Our second visit in 16 months We stayed 3 nights in this fabulous place Great bedrooms individually designed with many fabulous objetes . Extremely comfortable and warm with beautiful furnishings and a huge bed with a well stocked mini bar containing quality beverages and snacks. A stunning guest lounge and breakfast room where for 3 days we were treated to brilliant breakfasts of fresh breads , pastries,cakes meats, cheese’s and plenty of fruit juices , coffee and a large selection of teas. It seems as if no expense is spared to provide guests with unbridled luxury . An interior designers dream project. Our host was brilliant and was kind enough to have food brought in as we were too tired to go out to eat after 12 hours travelling. Good food in a luxury setting ,a very nice bottle of wine from the bar and a Netflix movie made for a great evening. Great large grounds and gardens with secure parking and freedom to come as go as and when we pleased without any restriction on our time . We travelled 500 miles just to come here to celebrate my wife's birthday and used Moulin Royale as a base to tour the surrounding area. We had such a good experience first time around and wanted to have a luxurious stay to wind down after a tough year so this was our obvious choice . Well worth the journey A B&B which puts many 5 star hotels in the shade . 100/100 from my wife and I Cant wait to return

Gorgeous bathroom too A stunning guest lounge and breakfast room where for 3 days we were treated to brilliant breakfasts of fresh breads , pastries,cakes meats, cheese’s and plenty of fruit juices , coffee and a large selection of teas Indeed a great breakfast and fresh daily . On arrival our brilliant host was ready for us and kind enough to have food brought in as we were too tired to go out to eat after 12 hours travelling . A good bottle of wine from the bar ,good food and Netflix led to a relaxing evening and a welcome nights sleep Great , grounds ,secure parking and freedom to come and go as and when we pleased. Hier terecht gekomen via reisorganisatie Srprs.me en wat een surprise was dit! Een verborgen pareltje waar je zelf misschien niet op zou stoten. Ontvangst toonde meteen aan wat voor een service deze B&B zou bieden. Het domein heeft een prachtige tuin met verschillende zit plekjes waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen. Behalve wat vogels en een beekje hoor je letterlijk niets. Er is een verwarmd zwembad met ligbedden. Drankjes met een versnapering worden aangeboden tijdens het zwemmen. De kamer waar wij verbleven was groot genoeg voor een gezin met 1 baby. Wij waren via de reisorganisatie vergeten aangeven dat we een babybedje nodig hadden, maar ja hoor deze stond al klaar, opgemaakt en met een leuke knuffel. Een ruim gevulde minibar, minibar en koffie station stonden klaar. De badkamer was heel netjes, douche en haardroger aanwezig. Het ontbijt was rijkelijk gevuld met verschillende lekkere kazen, broodjes en fruit. Een mooi assortiment thee en chocomelk. De hele b&b had een hele chique uitstraling, alle details tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt. Alles klopte. De uitbaters gaven ook hele leuke tips om onze daguitstapjes in te kleden. Wij verbleven 3 nachten in het hotel wat voor deze omgeving ideaal is.
