For a single person four bedded room is allocated. When i asked him to allocate a single cot or double cot room. He said that those rooms are already booked. But i paid for double cot room with super deluxe. The owner was rude and arguing. No customer satisfaction.

Location is good, but the property was not well maintained. Room was too small, not clean. There was a small window and that too was jammed. Did not look like a 2 star hotel by any stretch of imagination. Not value for money.

Hello w yelagiri residency, pols upgrade yourself to provide minimum requirements of your valuable customer when staying in your hotel, when we stayed in your bathroom not maintaining and tv is not working and rooms belongings are damaged, and not given a single dormitory items etc. And cost is rs. 2700 per day but no convenient, only one good things is very easily to move any where from your hotel. And really we are very disappointed in your hotel, please upgrade yourself.

Room not clean and bed-sheets were not changed. It’s not worth for the price they charged ( 5000 per night)

Firstly they lied to us that they have air conditioning which they listed on their property amenities. Secondly, there is no proper charger point which is not expected from any hotel. Thirdly, there is no source of drinking water, i mean this is the most basic thing people want from the hotel for sustainable stay. Lastly, no geysar available there. Complete waste ! don't go for this. You will definitely regret.
