Swimming pool was not clean and not maintained properly. Lots of pigeons and it's feathers were there in he water and water had so much of chlorine. For breakfast we had to wait for 25 mts to get a table. Name plate was not kept for dinner buffet and we had to ask for the item names and it was kept only after 8. 30 pm.

Location of this hotel is very good. Food is great, well combined indian and continental options. The staff is very welcoming and we were happy to get special payasam on request on on-am day

So many times i inform this property but no any move itc name spoil room very bad you check today i stay room 302 i mostly stay only suit that’s only reason suit more clean and compote but no any good

Everything was excellent! good food at restaurant. Great breakfast. Very good value for money overall ! pool was also clean and good. Rooms had a nice bright decor and the air freshener ensured the room had a lovely fragrance all the time. Very clean linen and bathrooms.

Wonderful stay with family at this hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Mountain view from hotel was good. We had buffet dinner. We had varieties of food but it was little bit spicy. As far as location is concerned, it is far off from golden temple.

Normally i used to stay in itc hotels only for many years wherever i go. I would feel more comfortable in itc hotels. This time while in fortune park vellore, i had little bitter experience of delayed serving food at sky dinner. It might be due to i ordered food which was not readily available. But the staff could have told us about expected late sunce we came to have dinner only, not to spend time. Of course, immediate action was taken after complaint. Thanks
