Ac not working properly, no toiletries provided, no hot water. Every time i had to call reception for help overall decent stay

The room and breakfast were good. It is a new hotel but the restroom did not have space for handing towels. The room had ac but no fan. The hotel experienced quite frequent power cuts when we went ( backed by generator) but switching caused ac to fluctuate and room becoming stiff with no fan.

hotel is good, ambience is also nice, but bathroom is very small sized, it need to be improved, dental kit is not provided as a token of compliment. pls make note of this, rest all is very good. Thank you

It has several advantages for which we booked our stay here last couple of times, firstly its location at green circle, and auto are available freely from stand infront of hotel. Rooms are clean and staffs behaviour also good. Also sarvana house is 2 min walk to have good south indian food. One thing that can be improved is - food at breakfast was average in taste ( you always have the option to order through swiggy)

The room was spacious for the price we paid. The amenities were good. The hotel is very centrally located and parking in the basement is good for small cars. The staff was extremely courteous and always eager to help us. There was some confusion on basement parking and the ladies at reception personally attended to it and ensured that i was able to find a spot. During the course of the stay, which eventually extended to 2 days, we always encountered a smiling and helpful staff.

The front office executive was rude & lacked professionalism. More importantly, did not care to even smile. Rooms were ok but were steeped in room freshener fragrance that was suffocating!
