Hotel in zona Planétarium, Vaulx-en-Velin

2a soggiorno in pochi mesi. Si deve pensare di prenotare un parcheggio al momento della prenotazione. Attenzione, si verifica regolarmente che il codice non funziona per uscire dal parcheggio, quindi si deve chiamare direttamente l'hotel e dirgli. Il codice funziona per il parcheggio, l'ascensore che conduce alle camere dal parcheggio e per l'accesso alla camera, è molto pratico! Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, ben insonorizzate, pulite. Peccato che la finestra non possa aprirsi con oscillo-battimento :-( Il personale è piacevole e sorridente. Il colazione è ben fornito, anche con una parte salata apprezzabile che merita di essere offerta (uova macinate, bacon, salsicce, formaggio e salsa). Potrebbe essere utile aggiungere una griglia di pane;-) è l'unico punto che trovo da ridare. Intorno all'hotel, diversi piccoli negozi e punti di ristorazione (snacks e ristoranti). Idealmente situato per accedere alla sala Radiant Bellevue e l'accesso in auto a Lyon (vicino a Fourvière) prende solo pochi minuti.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per visitare Lione La struttura rispecchia lo Standard Mercure. Hotel non proprio di carattere, e che necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento soprattutto nelle aree comuni. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la presenza di un garage privato dove lasciare la macchina, e per la presenza di una fermata della metropolitana proprio davanti. Quest'ultima ti permette di raggiungere il centro della città in pochissimo tempo. Le camere non sono molto grandi, ma pulitissime e ben insonorizzate. Non mi piace molto la moquette in camera e la vasca da bagno con un vetro come divisorio, ma è un gusto personale. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Really comfortable private rooms and lovely and welcoming staff. Also amazing food in the restaurant. Loved my stay here, the staff and great vibe made me feel at home. I stayed one night in a private room which was great. I also stayed one night in a shared room which was not so great but that has more to do with me not feeling comfortable in a shared room and I would not do that again. Really recommend staying in a private room here if you’re in Lyon!

Appartamento hotel conveniente e ben situato vicino a tutte le comodità (commercio, metro) con la possibilità di mettere il veicolo al parcheggio per 9€/giorno. Prezzo corretto della camera a 75€/notte, pulizia corretta ma impianti vecchi che meriterebbero un piccolo rinfrescamento, livello attrezzature è sommario, nessun bollitore, solo 2 oreillers plats e 1 rouleau de papier WC mais le personnel à la réception est compréhensif et à l’écoute dans ce genre de situation. Les murs sont assez mal insolés (bruit de l’ascenseur par exemple) et il est préférable de demander une chambre avec vue jardin ou cour pour être plus au calme, à préciser lors de la réservation bien que cela n’ait pas été accordé dans mon cas. Dopo aver parlato di questo alla ricezione, mi è stato affidato un'altra stanza e sorpresa... era già occupata !! Il problema è stato risolto dalla ricevitore che si è dimostrato comprensiva. Bref ce n'est pas le confort d'un hôtel 5* mais le rapport qualité/prix reste correct 👍🏼 A differenza d'autres avis je n'ai pas eu me sentir en insécurité qu'il soit dans l'appart hôtel ou dans les rues autour.

Ho aspettato conforto e installazione molto meglio di quello che ho visto. Prima c'era un forte odore di prodotti di pulizia (citroni) e umidità dell'aria condizionata. Ho appena aperto le finestre per aerare. dopo il bagno era un po' ”faticato”, altrimenti tutto è corretto;

Dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio, mi serviva solo una camera fredda, tranquilla, oscura con un letto confortevole per aiutarmi a mettere un po’ di jet giù dietro di me. Dopo aver controllato, sono andato nella mia stanza assegnata per trovare che era piuttosto caldo. Ho visitato la stanza di un collega per vedere se forse tutte le camere erano calde o se fosse solo mia, e la stanza di mio collega era più fredda. Ho fatto rapporto al dipartimento frontale e ho chiesto aiuto. Il divano era attento e rispondevole, ma ho suggerito di darle qualche ora per rifrigersi. Dopo due ore, la stanza era ancora calda (24-25C), quindi ho chiesto una stanza diversa. Mi è stata data una stanza diversa ma sullo stesso lato soleggiato dell'hotel. La stanza potrebbe essere stata un po' più fredda, ma non molto. Forse l'A/C non è sufficiente per superare il trasferimento di calore attraverso i frame di finestra di alluminio o forse ok ha appena provato due camere calde diverse, ma mi premerebbe stare attento se rimarrei qui in un giorno caldo. Ho soggiornato a marzo (quando era molto più freddo) e ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale è amichevole, le camere sono pulite, le strutture sono belle. Se rimanendo in un giorno caldo, suggerirei una stanza sul retro dell'hotel. Forse sarebbe più freddo.

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

Un hôtel qui donne envie, au moment de réserver, j'ai été conquis par le marketing, les photos qui donnent l'eau à la bouche et je m'attendais donc à une prestation à la hauteur de mes espérances. Hélas, même si le séjour c'est bien passé, je reste sur ma faim. A la réception, on m'a annoncé un surclassement mais en réalité il s'agit simplement d'une chambre identique avec un petit canapé en lieu et place du fauteuil. Bref, une légère amélioration qui est très aimable mais pas d'effet ”whaoo” et pour un client en statut Platinum, et avec un hôtel peu rempli, c'est dommage. La chambre d'entrée de game à une literie incroyable (une des meilleures que j'ai testé, cela reste le point fort qui se détache) et est bien insonorisée sur l'extérieur (on entend rien, pas même les trains passer, pourtant juste à coté); par contre on entend les clients passer dans le couloir, pour peu que ceux ci soient bavards. Pour un séjour de 3 nuits, et pour le tarif, j'aurais aimé avoir à minima une bouteille d'eau neuve chaque jour; il n'en est rien. Une seule bouteille à l'arrivée et non renouvellée. De même que, on as une dizaine de sachets de thé mais tout du même parfum; ça n'a aucun sens. Quitte à mettre 8 à 10 sachets, faites un assortiment d'au moins 3 ou 4 variétés. Car si le client n'aime pas l'unique parfum, tant pis pour lui! Pour la vue, la encore, déçu, on m'a mis côté bâtiment alors qu'il y avais peu de clients cette semaine là. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu le côté ville, plus sympa, car le côté bâtiment est vraiment pas terrible.... Le restaurant est original. Les plats sont bon, mais cher. Le dessert, un flan vanille tout simple à 9€, c'est exagéré car c'est vraiment moyen. Quand au capuccino, c'est le plus mauvais que j'ai jamais goûté. Je n'ai pas pu le finir. Attention aussi au petit verre de mise en bouche a l'ananas proposé gratuitement: c'était très très fort (et pourtant j'aime ce qui est relevé), et de nombreux clients se sont fait surprendre ce soir là, j'ai bien observé... A minima, communiquer que c'est fort aux clients... Pour le petit déjeuner a 28€, et de peur d'être encore déçu, je n'ai pas voulu tester. Bref, un hôtel confortable mais pas la hauteur de son tarif, bien plus cher qu'un Mercure, ou Novotel pour rester dans la gamme Accor, mais avec des prestations en net retrait. Et encore, j'ai séjourné en période calme donc aux tarifs les plus bas... Je n'ose imaginer dans une période de forte demande. Dommage; cela ne me donne pas envie de revenir au Pullman, le choix en établissement concurents et mieux positionnés ne manque pas dans cette belle ville de Lyon.

L'hotel mi piace molto. Il parcheggio è molto comodo e la camera è super silenziosa. Molto ricca anche la colazione Il trasporto circostante è molto conveniente Se ti piace la vivacità, non scegliere questa opzione, è tranquilla e confortevole.

Molto conveniente fermare sul Sud per il viaggio da Francia a Regno Unito poco dopo il transito di Lyon, con una stazione di riempimento adiacente. Personale amichevole e una comoda notte di soggiorno. Menu bar limitato. Ma tranquillo e ragionevolmente costoso. Pizza un po 'disceptivo.
