Good place to stay during your holidays. Studio is good a little beat small but with all you need to stay in an Independence way. I mean to cook your own food if you don't want go out. Beds are really comfortable and bathroom is big and cleaned.Breakfast was wonderful and quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. I missed Spanish or English channels on TV.

Bon emplacement, logement agréable... Dommage que certains éléments soient vieillissants ou détériorés.

The Residhome Appart Hotel at the “Caserne de Bonne” in Grenoble was one of my classics in the pre-COVID era, and I came back to it recently in the context of a business trip to Grenoble. I was very happy to see that the excellent service, rooms and facilities are still in order. Obviously, we should not forget the amazing location of this hotel, right in the centre of Grenoble (with thus a bunch of shops and restaurants around). I therefore recommend it to anyone interested in a short visit to Grenoble. The room was very nice and clean, and large enough so that I could also work from it and prepare some refreshments in the kitchen space. My room only had a ceiling window, but I was not there for the view so that it was totally fine with me (although this may incommode some). Very importantly, the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. In my reservation, breakfast was included, and I must say that it is a bit better when compared with other hotels of the same category in the Rhone-Alpes region (all basics are there, including in particular a great selection of cheese). Finally, the personnel of the hotel are friendly and always helpful.

I have never given a bad review before but there's always a first. I am booked into this hotel by my company but am finding it very disagreeable. On arrival a woman thrust paperwork in my face and insisted I had cancelled my booking. I said I had just arrived in the country and had done no such thing. She was incredibly aggressive. In the end I paid myself to access the room and it later turned out it had been a software glitch but I got no apology. When I complained about how aggressive she had been I was told she had said I was aggressive! The room it appears will not get cleaned while I am here for four nights. The room only has a window in the ceiling. When I asked for an iron I was handed the iron and the ironing board to take up to my fourth floor room myself. Yesterday I witnessed someone asking why their apartment had not had its weekly clean, and a receptionist first tried to insist that it must have happened already or they must have put the 'do not disturb' sign on their door. The man was quietly insistent that this hadn't been the case, and then he had to practically beg for more shower gel. I will be moving hotel as soon as this booking is finished. On the plus side this hotel is well situated and close to everything you need. However it may as well be a massive AirBNB.

I have no words to express how happy and satisfied I am with this hotel. We booked through *********** half hour before arrival. Something went wrong, because when we arrived, they still didn’t have our booking, but that didn’t stop them from helping us. They gave us an even better room than the one we had booked, because it was late and they noticed that we were tired, and asked us to come in the morning to talk to them. Great room, amazing bed and pillows. Morning arrived, we went to talk to them and they said that everything was ok, and we didn’t have to pay for the upgrade. We are very grateful and highly recommend this hotel.

Dit hotel via Booking. Com geboekt alleen was de info op de website niet volledig, als he een studio boekt dan boek je in feite een zolderkamer alleen met en velux dakraam en zonder uitzicht. Na mijn verontwaardiging hierover te hebben uitgesproken kreeg ik een upgrade naar een appartement wat niet al te groot is maar zeer zeker wel comfortabel is. Keuken met koelkast kleine eettafel , badkamer met bad (klein) en op de verdieping een slaapkamer. Zowel op de beneden als ook op de boven verdieping is een flatscreen aanwezig Het hotel ligt erg gunstig tov het centrum alles op loopafstand. Let op als je een hond meeneemt dat miet je erop bedacht zijn dat je minimaal €100 borg moet betalen
