The HQ is a modest hotel. We stayed here for a night. It has all the comforts needed for a good stay. However what is worth mentioning and is outstanding is the customer service. Parshuram is an exceptional professional and took care of every small detail he noticed we may need help with. This level of customer service is top notch. Sometimes ***y five star rated also lack this level of hospitality. Wishing Parshuram all the very best. Team HQ - he is a super asset that you have.

The *********** ratings and comments are not to be believed. Shower had mildewed ceiling and grout. A single bar of soap and small thin bath towel were the amenities. Bed was creaky and not comfortable. Thank goodness the air con worked.

Located in city centre near to bus stand and railway station. Websites have overrated the hotel. Is decent and is value for money. Biggest problem is lack of parking for cars. Have to park outside on the road. Has free wifi, inroom coffee maker and kettle. Breakfast has various selections but most of them were not upto the taste needed. There is a theatre in front of the hotel and a Pizza hut. Some good restaurants are nearby. Staff however are very co-operative and try to help out as much as possible.

Food quality at the restaurant is the worst, you have to search for the remaining food or leftover, they are not interested in serving their guests . Strongly recommend to eat out in case you decide to stay in this hotel.

We had a late flight so we’re looking for a hotel close to the airport as the hotel fir the rest of our stay was located much further. The front desk staff were amazing, very courteous and polite. The room was quite big and clean as was the bathroom but it is a bit run down. It was perfect for our 1 night stay and breakfast was also decent. All the staff are friendly and professional, no complaints really and the hotel price is very reasonable so happy with what we paid for it.

Very bad hotel, even a 2 star hotel is better than this hotel., pathetic service. Swimming pool is dirty Water leaking from the AC in the corridor Not all itinerary are available. Have to call again and again for sevices. It's the worst hotel I have visited in my lifetime.

Old hotel, old rooms, old furniture but doesn't matter at all as the staff is very cooperative, amenities are good, breakfast although not a big spread but palatable. Special thanks to the front desk lady Priya for her guidance and support.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times and each and every time the experience has been horrendous. The rooms & bed are ok but the toilets are not to the standard, towels provided are very old, torn and brownish in color, no face towels are provided, at times there is mould around the bathroom area. Door lock’s always been a problem, one has to recalibrate every couple days as the electronic keys seldom work the way they should, at times the door won’t even close. The front office staff are usually very helpful and they have been helpful, can’t say anything about the house keeping and maintenance crew. ***agement needs to do a better job.

We were staying on the fifth floor. The passage was filled with water from the ACs. This is not good if they are a star hotel.This was my 2nd trip. Lousy stay this time.They seemed to be a bit TAKEN FOR GRANTED this time as they had the BITS PILANI ADMISSIONS going on in Vasco.
