The hotel is under rated. It is a 3star hotel with facilities and design like a 4 star hotel. We booked 7 rooms and had 10 cars with us we were wondering hotel does not have a parking but the staff told us that the hotel have a valet parking when we went there we found huge parking & secure space land where a lot of car can be parked its just a 2 mins drive hardly. Food:- Chef Manish made our day right from the breakfast lunch and dinner it was superb with not so hotel hyped up rates.. the rates were genuine and taste was superb Soft Drinks:- This hotel does not have a lot of soft drinks options except for cold drinks juices and sodas Rooms:- we booked mix category rooms and all the rooms were cozy and used natural colors interior we felt very relaxed. Price- we booked the rooms from MAKEMYTRIP out of 7 rooms 4 we booked from MMT and rest we booked directly through them in which we got cheaper rates i suggest you to do the same. Staffs:- Hotel is new staff experience was mixed experience. Amenties- Top notched General Manager- This *** is very kind and highly professional. For our every queries he had the best advises from Banarasi saree to local sightseeings all he managed very well.

NNati CostaHotel carino. Camera da letto pulita e carina. Grande e nuovo che non è comune a Varanasi. Personale molto gentile e utile. Ristorante un po 'da buio e non così nuovo come le camere. È del tutto degno di soggiorno. È rilassante tornare a questo hotel dopo l'intensità della vita di giorno di Varanasi.

We had our Dealer Meet in India Benares Hotel, Varanasi on 25th July, 2024. We have booked the Banquet Hall which was on the 1st Floor. The Banquet was a perfect place to have our Dealers Interaction. The Staff was very Helpful and Supportive specially The Banquet Manager Mr. Arif who helped us in all the way throughout. Thanks Mr. Arif. Looking forward again to have our Dealer Meets in future in India Benares Hotel as it is easily accessible for Dealers and the location is easy to locate. Thanks once again Mr. Arif & Team to make our Event successful. I would rate 10 out 0f 10 for India Baneras Hotel, Varanasi.

Tourist trap alert : Don't book this so called hotel : it is actually not a hotel but a makeshift one with a few rooms kept aside for rental with the callous owner running his legal office in the same premises . There are no trained staff to take care of guests with one inept and very sad looking individual kept for errands . They insist on collecting the full due amount after a booking at the time of checking in with no option for cancellation once you see the place. They probably know that no one will come back here for a 2nd visit . Reasons : 1) Location deep inside a myriad of narrow alleys. Parking is a nightmare . You have to carry your bags up to the door and then up the stairs as there is no elevator. 2) Free breakfast scam : there is no place set aside for this. A minimal breakfast is supposedly sent to the room purposely after 9 am by some 3rd party which is not practical for anyone visiting temples in morning hours or checking out early . 3) Poor amenities: they skimp on basic items like a towel , soap and do not provide enough items even after requesting . The rooms , bathrooms are sub standard , unsafe with wet floors and inconvenient . 4) No provision of heating during the cold winter even in the so called deluxe rooms which were sold saying they had AC. Overall This place is a definite NO NO. No stars Absolutely zero star

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è tranquillo e confortevole, in una delle strade principali occupate di Benaras. L'hotel dispone di una buona posizione con varie opzioni di viaggio pubblico (Uber, Ola, auto locali e e-rickshaws) per raggiungere i templi, i ghats e le aree commerciali locali. L'hotel dispone di un elegante aura che vi rende immediatamente benvenuti con camere belle e spaziose. Tra le cose migliori che mi riporteranno all'hotel nel prossimo viaggio, c'è il rispetto dell'hotel per la privacy dell'ospite e l'eccellente cibo nel loro ristorante.

Posto molto curato, carino, la cena abbastanza ricca, ma l’aspetto che ricordiamo con più piacere è stato la gentilezza del personale, che ci ha proprio immerso nell’atmosfera da luna di miele quale era il nostro viaggio, coccolandoci con decorazione sul letto e addirittura con tanto di torta regalata in camera, che davvero non ci aspettavamo, e ci hanno anche stampato dei check-in che ci servivano per il volo successivo. Super gentili, disponibili, in una struttura invidiabile per dimensioni e grandiosità, molto pulita, camera spaziosa, cena e colazione migliorabili ma comunque buone. Non abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentare altri servizi, scopriamo ora che dovrebbe esserci una piscina ma eravamo impegnati a vedere le bellezze di Varanasi.

UUtente ospiteMr arup owner of the hotel was helpful. Overall good stay. Location is prime in godowlia crossing. Will highly recommend this hotel because of location, near to temple which is 5 min walk. One can see the main market place from the balcony which is just outside the hotel once you will step out. Cost is also reasonable compared to location. Only suggestion will be if there will be restaurant facility for bengali dishes it will be really nice.
