It was decent stay; but hotel staffs can do better.

Very nice hotel with good service

インドで体調不良になりたくなかったのでちゃんとしたホテルを予約しました。アメニティなどはしっかりとしていましたが、エクストラベッドのリクエストをしたのにも関わらず準備されていなかったり追加のタオルをお願いしたのに一向に届けられなかったりヒルトンブランドに値するかと言われると疑問に思います。

浴缸很臟，廚房裡永遠沒有人氣，東西也不好吃。但是好的是攜程幫我免費升級了套房的房型，總體來説還是不錯的

衞生和服務，都沒有問題。餐廳也很大。各國菜式都有

Abbiamo vissuto un ottima esperienza a partire dall’accoglienza con cocktail di benvenuto e collana in semi di rudraksha (davvero una bella idea!) all up-grade a camera con vista piscina e tutti gli altri benefit connessi allo status HH. Camera bella, ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort, rassettata tutti i giorni in modo impeccabile dall’housekeeper. Amenities di ottimo e noto brand americano. Durante la nostra permanenza e’ stato il compleanno di mia moglie ed il personale si e’ prodigato facendoci trovare la camera adorna di palloncini e una torta, frutta e dolcetti. Un gesto non scontato e molto gradito. Da segnalare inoltre l attenzione dimostrata da tutto il personale nei 3 giorni di nostra permanenza, a partire dallo staff del front-desk/ accoglienza a quello della zona ristorante (una menzione a Deepa, Monu, Sriram e Arjun che si sono alternati nel prendersi cura di noi a colazione e cena). Colazione ricca e di qualità con uova e pancake preparati al momento. Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel, a buffet (ma c’è anche opzione ‘a la carte’) , e ci siamo trovati molto bene, spendendo il giusto. L hotel e’ fuori dal caos del centro cittadino e questo garantisce tranquillità quando si vuol riposare. Con una corsa in tuk tuk si raggiungono facilmente i gatt. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Struttura nuova e super pulita, camere ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. All arrivo ci hanno offerto un up-grade a camere con vista piscina ed, essendo il mio compleanno, mi hanno sorpresa con decorazioni in camera ed una buonissima torta. Varanasi non è una città ma un esperienza, molto intensa ed impegnativa. Sapere di rientrare la sera in questa oasi di tranquillità ha dato il giusto equilibrio alla nostra vacanza e ci ha permesso di godere meglio delle ore trascorse nei gatt. All Hilton Tutto è stato perfetto, dall accoglienza con tipica collana in semi di rudraksha e bevanda di benvenuto, alle attenzioni, gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, dal front Office allo staff del ristorante agli addetti alla camera, sempre pulitissima e riordinata con attenzione. Una menzione in particolare a: Deepa, Monu, Sriram ed Arjun che si sono avvicendati nel coccolarci al ristorante. Sicuramente consigliamo la struttura

I love this hotel in Varanasi. It feels safe and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Anand, in the restaurant. He looked after us for breakfast and dinner. He also shared the local food to try and places to visit!

The hotel was an oasis for us. Bit sketchy checking in but after a bad start got much better. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and well serviced. Bar staff were excellent as was the service in the coffee shop. Restaurant buffet was unexpectedly good and the service from Anand in particular was attentive, efficient and polite.

Thank you Anand and Champa in the restaurant at breakfast time. We were really well looked after in this superb hotel. All staff were brilliant. The hotel between the airport and main town. So ideally placed for touring. A cocoon in rather vibrant outside

Abradif in the bar was very coutreous and friendly. All bar and restaurant staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and the food was great. We also enjoyed mornings by the pool and took taxis to see the sights of Varanasi and Sarnath.

We enjoyed our stay, the environment as well as breakfast selections — more impressively, the hearty teas and fresh juices prepared by our wonderful waiter Anand. Highly recommended :) the resturant manager Rohit , And alsoo Rakesh .......manager very helpfull

All employees are good and breakfast also good hotel lobby was very good well behaved. At Reception Ms jenifer she deserves special mention her behaviour everytime she helping us and also Fnb guy Vishal and anubhav very good they helping us everytime thank you so much Hilton team.
