The property was absolutely stunning. Everything from the suite to the pool was perfect. Special thanks to the staff who made the experience so memorable. Naseem, who made the baggi ride so special by giving the most beautiful descriptions of the history of the palace, and his companion Munna, who gave us the most hassle free ride. Khimanand, the Junior Sous Chef, who went out of his way to accommodate my daughter at breakfast, and made a special dish not on the menu. Harsh, who ensured we were comfortable at all times and made sure we had the most memorable stay. Rupsa, who was the most considerate staff member, and went out of her way to ensure that all of our needs were met, and the framed picture right after the baggi ride that was presented to us, touched our hearts. The stay, albeit a short one, was an extremely memorable one. From the special dessert in our suite after dinner, to the parting gifts, cake, and heartwarming goodbye at the end, or, as the staff would say "not a goodbye, this is a 'see you again'," made the stay one of our best ones yet.

We stayed here for 2 nights and honestly it’s not a hotel, it’s your home while you are there. I can’t put into words how this beautiful place manages to relax you, envelop you and totally enchant you. Varanasi is crazy busy, and interesting and emotional and the Nadesar Palace completes the experience. We had the queen Elizabeth Suite, it was perfect, the terrace outside the room is exceptionally good to unwind, sample the many whiskeys and soak your feet!, The food is sublime and order off menu is encourage, be careful what you wish for they love to over feed and entice you with, just try this, oh and this!!! The staff, every single one of them are a credit to this “hotel” The ladies on reception are so smiley and friendly, I was sad to leave, but i know i will come back it really is worth it.

A place which makes you feel more at home than a hotel. The care and warmth shown by the staff is extraordinary. I would like to mention some of the staff who have made it worth a stay at Nadesar Palace - Mr. Harsh (Restaurant Manager) Mr. Ganesh (Restaurant Manager) Mr. Vikas (Butler) Mr. Shubham (Butler) Mr. Vinod (Housekeeping) Chef Brijesh Mr. Navneet (Butler) Mr. Subhash (Butler) I am sorry if I forgot some names. Each and every one are just so friendly it feels like we have met so many times. Great team with great efforts.

We have been to many palaces in India but the attention and warmth we got here at Nadesar Palace was unbeatable. All the employees are equally concerned about the guests preference, interests and needs. I would like to mention some of the wonderful personalities I met there - Vinod ji Chef Brijesh Chef Sanjeev Tanu Vikas Subhash Harsh Shubham Navneet Will definitely recommend this place to my known ones and will come back to enjoy the royal treatment again.

This place defines the true luxury when it comes to the ambience and services . The colonial building offers the royal synchronisation of a guest and hospitality. I would love to mention two of the best hosts I have ever seen - Harsh and Shubham . They were outstanding with their product , services and overall knowledge about the place which helped me a lot while capturing most of the city. The food , room cleanliness everything was just top notch.

Definitely gonna visit again ! An exquisite palace with lush green surrounding and utmost warmth and hospitality. Special mention to Harsh , Ganesh, Shubham, Tanu and Chef Brijesh for their service and food. interior was so amazing so good staff

Very kind staff wonderful service special mention Mr.Vikas who was taking care of our breakfast He offered us the local Banaras food to us which was very tasty thanks to chef Sumit for preparing the tasty food. And thanks to Mr. Alok for making the birthday special by decorating the room.

The stay was an great experience at the Taj Nadesar palace the staff treated us very well and great hospitality provided by them from the time of check in. Royal experience was provided by all of them.Our room was perfect piece of architecture and royalty. Ms Anuradha and Ms Mansi told us all about the history of luxurious palace . Mr bhagwan Singh Ji told us about the temple present there and he provided great hospitality. He also told us about the meaning of name Varanasi. And we would specially like to thank Mr akhilesh ji (security) because of their contribution our Kashi Vishwanath temple visit got possible. In Restaurant Mr Vikas, MrNavneet ,Mr subash and Mr harsh (restaurant manager) has taken a outstanding cares of us they always ready to fulfill our requirements with their smilling faces whole day which created a home like environment. And tastiest food is maded by chef Santosh and chef brijesh, blueberry cheese cake and banarasi lassi were fabulous. Mr bhagwan Singh,Mr alok and Mr Ramayan they make our room twice a day and keep all accessories we required. We had the wonderful stay because of all Taj nadesar palace staff and we would like to thank you them once again for making our stay memorable.
