The room was very small. Could not accommodate 3 person as booked. The service provided was very bad. I had to make at least 6 phone calls and 4 personal visits to reception to start the tv. We had to wait for 2 hours to get food at 10:30 pm. The food quality was not good. Only good thing was the location of hotel was 200 mt from ghat.

Very worst experience in property and no cleaning in entire property. Ac not working and nothing is available in bathroom.

The air conditioners were again put off by the hotel staff. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude. I urge you to take this up very seriously with the hotel and we are not at all happy with the experience at this hotel in varanasi.

I was very much disappointed with the maintenance of the hotel. There were small cockroaches roaming all around in the room as well as on the bed.

The four seasons hotel was nothing that one would imagine a decent hotel to be. The rooms were size of matchbox, with dirty linen, smelly cupboard, awful water glasses. The service was also not great and the men at reception were not hospitable.
