My parents are staying at a hotel and are unhappy with the room. The bedsheet is dirty and the blanket has an odor.

Absolutely terrible place, they are obviously using another hotels pictures as they actually claim to have a swimming pool and don't. Dirty rooms, surly unhelpful staff, only ever enough hot water for appx 2 minutes and noisy inconsiderate other guests, definitely look somewhere else.

When called hotel blue star for check in they told hotel rooms are not vacant then arranged a new property kedar ganga but property was so far from my destination and breakfast was also not available my previous hotel breakfast was included.i have to wonder around for breakfast

It's good to stay at blue star varanasi, very near to varanasi railway station and convenient to go and pick any vehicle for going anywhere, good atmosphere of the hotel, lift is not available so again it's a problem for old people. Thank you
