There are several areas where the hotel falls short of expectations. 1. The steps and ramp are not conducive for customers with disabilities. A railing would be good. The security guy however was gracious enough to help. 2. The room floor is full of cracks and stains, showing poor maintenance. 3. There is no hot water. Best you can hope for is very lukewarm water in the shower. 4. The worst part for me was the lack of flexibility in terms of check out. I had booked for 3 nights but told them right after check in that i needed to leave after 2 nights. They gave me the runaround for 12 hours. The front desk, especially the manager, was extremely unprofessional. For a hotel that charges so much and thinks they are a high end hotel, i found it very disappointing. 5. Breakfast was okay. The staff there seemed clueless though. They don’t seem to know basics like checking on customer, give water or coffee, they would just stand and chat among-st themselves. 6. Housekeeping gets high marks. They were responsive to my requests at any time of the day. Overall, for the money i paid, this hotel is probably one of my worst experiences. I am not coming back and will not recommend this to others.
