Pulizia un optional, l'hotel è posto sulla riva del Gange, vicinissima all'Assi Gaht, peccato che il personale sta lì ad oziare ma non utilizza il tempo nelle pulizie, terrazzo sporchissimo, tanta polvere e abbastanza fatiscente, sembra un posto abbandonato, le stanze, non voglio dire proprio sporche ma deludenti, è vero siamo in India e non si può pretendere l'igiene che abbiamo a casa nostra, ma durante il mio viaggio, girando diversi hotel a pari prezzo, ho trovato molto molto di meglio, non c'è ascensore, ma chi va in India ovviamente deve avere delle buone gambe. Le colazioni lasciano desiderare. Lo sceglierei solo per la posizione non per altro, peccato perché alla fine basterebbe solo un po' di manutenzione ordinaria e più accurata pulizia.

Il pacchetto includeva la colazione, tuttavia l'hotel non aveva uno chef. La colazione è stata preparata da un part-time. La qualità non era buona

Ottima posizione, tranquillo e splendida vista su mama ganga. Anche il personale dell'hotel è molto cortese e disponibile. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

L'esperienza è stata molto molto scarsa. Il personale non è per niente disponibile, soprattutto quello seduto alla reception. Il ristorante non c'è, ma ti diranno che c'è. Anche la posizione è molto interna e si trova in un ambiente sporco. Il personale ti darà la stanza molto dopo l'orario di check-in e ti chiederà ripetutamente di lasciare la stanza molto prima dell'orario di check-out. Le lenzuola sono sporche. Il gel doccia e il dispenser di shampoo sono solo per spettacolo. Non servono a niente, gli asciugamani sono sporchi e non li cambiano nemmeno dopo aver chiesto. Ho viaggiato con i miei genitori e ho avuto un'esperienza orribile.

Annidata ***** sul sacro Gange, questa proprietà si trova proprio sul ghat, che ci ha regalato un panorama mozzafiato del fiume. Don't book the hotel by just seeing the photos. They don't have any cook available and also they denied to provide gst bill.

No hospitality at all. No food. If you guys need better experience. Book a 1000 room instead in any hotel. I am sure you will get better facilities.
