Il soggiorno è andato bene ma le strutture dell'hotel non sono aggiornate, l'uso è abbastanza evidente. Neanche io sono stato sorpreso dalla varietà di cibo, consiglio vivamente la parte The Level dell'hotel. I servizi sono migliori, più tranquilli e confortevoli. Il centro benessere era fantastico.

Sono stata al Melia internacional con le mie amiche, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, in particolare le ragazze del blue sky bar. Anche il caffè molto buono. Consiglio vivamente per un momento di relax

Nessuna attenzione per i celiaci, nonostante lo avessi segnalato. Il cibo poteva essere tutto contaminato. Nei ristoranti della struttura, dove si ha la possibilità di mangiare gratuitamente, vengono servite le stesse pietanze del buffet, quindi, se sei celiaco, rischi di non mangiare nulla a parte un’insalata. Il cibo è ripetitivo e di scarsa qualità. Mi aspettavo che, in una struttura del genere, dove si paga tanto, ci fosse attenzione anche per chi è celiaco, invece assolutamente zero. Per non parlare dell’All Inclusive: sei costretto a pagarlo, ma poi, nei tanti bar della struttura, ti servono cocktail annacquati a meno che tu non lasci la mancia. Se non paghi, rischi di bere solo acqua. E la mancia sembra essere indispensabile per tutto: senza, al buffet è difficile trovare posto, al bar i cocktail sono pessimi, in camera non ti cambiano gli asciugamani né ti riforniscono di sapone. Ma vi pare normale, dopo aver pagato tanti soldi per un servizio All Inclusive? Dovrebbero almeno dare la possibilità di scegliere: pagherei volentieri un cocktail, purché sia di qualità, invece di ricevere bevande annacquate. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo.

Dipende che tipo di viaggiatori siete. Se amate l’autenticità fuggite da questo luogo. Quando ho prenotato ero ben consapevole che si trattasse di un resort ma volevo dare una possibilità e ricredermi cosa che non è avvenuta, ma anzi venire qui ha solo fortificato l’idea che non mettero mai più piede in un resort. Nello specifico la nostra esperienza a Melia international Varadero è stata veramente scarsa. Mi ero premurata di pagare anche il servizio the level, ma durante la prenotazione nessuno ti dice che per alloggiare in una zona a parte per soli adulti devi dare una prenotazione speciale. Siamo quindi arrivati in albergo e di speciale non abbiamo ottenuto proprio niente. La nostra stanza era nell’area famiglie, e sotto il nostro balcone c’era il bar che non permetteva un riposo sereno. Il buffet veramente scadente per non dire disgustoso (e mi dispiace parare così di cibo), cibo davvero pessimo. Per doti ha passato qui solo due giorni, il mare è stato splendido anche se distante dalla struttura. Un posto troppo confusionario dove la parola relax non esiste. La camera era carina per il prezzo pagato, ma vi era muffa nella doccia, pavimenti sporchi. Che dire, per il prezzo pagato non ne vale ASSOLUTAMENTE la pena. Mai più.

PESSIMO! Oltre la struttura esteticamente molto bella, e il mare veramente impeccabile, per il resto 0, PESSIMO! Pulizia 0 formiche in camera, asciugamani sporchi di sangue, lenzuola sporche, la camera non viene mai pulita ! Cibo non di qualità sempre le solite cose senza mai una variazione, piatti sporchi, veramente una caduta di stile

personale gentile che fa la differenza , pulizia sia in camera che negli spazi comuni, cibo locale e internacionale,attivita varie per tutti nell'arco della giornata e divertimento la sera con spettacoli vari , vacanze riuscite,grazie alla proffessionalita dei manager e di tutto lo staff

Ci siamo stati nel periodo dell'Epifania ed è stato bellissimo, la spiaggia è la più bella di tutto Varadero, anche se alcuni ombrelloni necessiterebbero di essere cambiati per usura. Si sa che a Cuba a volte si possono avere dei piccoli problemi con il personale ma in questo hotel ho trovato un'eccellente gestione del personale da parte del Direttore Dario, sempre presente e quando occorre interviene personalmente per la soluzione di ogni problema. Ho frequentato tutti i Melia di Varadero, non fosse altro che sono Carta Platinum, e l'hotel Internacional è senz'altro il più moderno con molte cose positive. Ci sono tanti bar e caffetterie nonché ristoranti ottimi tematici. All'aperto ogni giorno c'è sempre una grigliatona di carni all'ora del pranzo. Molto cortesi e simpatici sono anche i collaboratori stretti del Direttore Dario, Marghereta e Ivan. Ho trovato un servizio eccellente al bar e ristorante dell'esclusivo adulto. Insomma è un hotel che mi sento di consigliare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Varadero per 3 notti . Struttura in una posizione inviabile, mare meraviglioso, colori caraibici.Personale molto disponibile e attento.Servizi al top.Un particolare ringraziamento ad Ivan e al Direttore generale che ci hanno accolto come ospiti e non come clienti!Grazie ancora.Mario e Silvana
