Che bella storia ! Ci siamo immedesimati in questa favola scritta da una coppia Italo / Belga ( Nathalie & Thierry ) un percorso durato 2 notti e tante attenzioni, che io e mia moglie Kristina cercavamo per evadere dalla city. Sapori , viste mozzafiato , sonno profondo con ottime camere e tanto cibo di altissima qualità , che solo una siciliana come Nathalie e un attento Manager come Thierry possono trovare a Km0. Un villaggio romantico come Claviers 🇫🇷, lascia il segno scritto per un week and che non avrà mai fine. Voto 10/10 grazie per questa fantastica esperienza, ci torneremo presto 🔜!

La struttura si trova in una oasi verde di quiete e bellezza. Un luogo perfetto dove rilassarsi. Le camere affacciano tutte sulla piscina circondate dal bosco. La ns stanza era piccola ma dotata di tutto II necessario per la ns. vacanza. Biancheria e arredo perfetti. La colazione, servita nel patio vicino alla piscina, è ottima. In grado di soddisfare tutte le differenti esigenze. Un grazie particolare alla gentile disponibilità di Maxim alla reception con Il quale abbiamo avuto una ottima comunicazione prima e durante la nostra vacanza.

MMei26Il servizio presso l'hotel era davvero buono. Ci siamo goditi sia il nostro complimentare colazione che il buffet per pranzo. L'hotel offre shuttle gratuito alla città e club di spiaggia privati. I giardini sono bellissimi
La sauna e la stanza di vapore erano molto caldi, molto sopra il normale spa in altri hotel che sono leggermente strani. Le piscine non sono molto speciali. Il pranzo al ristorante italiano dell'hotel è molto prezioso e il cibo è mediocre. Abbiamo dovuto rimandare il carbonara perché era inevitabile con la quantità di sale in esso.
La questione più puzzle che abbiamo avuto è che la nostra stanza è completamente illuminata in bianco, che non è comune in un hotel di lusso 5 stelle. Non c'era luce ambiente. La camera da bagno sembra un bagno ospedaliere, e la decorazione sembra obsoleti. Abbiamo chiesto di trasferirci in altre stanze, ma l'hotel ha detto che erano pieni, e poi abbiamo scoperto che alcune stanze sono già state ristrutturate con migliori luci, e alcune sono ancora date. Ci ha chiesto se ci hanno dato una stanza obsoleti perché abbiamo prenotato via un sito web di terzi e non direttamente.
Abbiamo avuto grandi aspettative perché questo è un soggiorno di 1.500 dollari, e ci siamo aspettati un modo più per la stanza. Anche se ci piace il servizio, dobbiamo dire che non vale il prezzo, e l'hotel può fare un modo migliore in termini di camera e ristorante.

I write with a great deal of sadness. My wife and I stayed at L’abbaye many times. Because of our love for L’abbaye, and our desire to introduce our children and grandchildren to your hotel and Provence, we planned a family celebration of our birthdays for this summer. Regrettably, L’abbaye fell far short of the impeccable standards of elegance we were accustomed to over the years. Service was subpar, the rooms suffered from a lack of quality control and functionality, and even the presentation of dinners lacked the artistic creativity and small but significant touches of refinement that always were present in our previous stays. Service. There were certain exceptions. Mr. Mongour was a pleasure to work with in planning for our visit and arranging our birthday party which unfortunately had to be canceled. He also was very cooperative when we checked in. The young women at Reception were also very helpful when they were there. Otherwise, there were serious lapses in service such as long waits for drinks in the late afternoon, at least three occasions when there was no one at Reception for extended periods and one instance when drinks were not restocked in the empty refrigerator in my son’s room. If memory serves, L’abbaye regularly served beverages before and after dinner in years past. Although there were suitable numbers of wait staff and assistants at dinners, service was still not up to the elegant standards we experienced during past stays at L’abbaye. A Sommelier who in past years always helped me select Var wines is no longer employed. In this connection, one night the server admitted she could not help me to select a wine. I asked her if there was someone who could help me. A few moments later, the General Manager came to our table and selected a nice wine. The server should have summoned him without my having to ask. At breakfast, there must have been a misunderstanding between or among hotel management and servers. On several occasions, servers insisted that all members of our family be seated together at the same breakfast table after having been told emphatically that family members would rather sit at separate tables as we ate breakfast at different times. Also, at breakfast, we were not asked when we sat down if we wanted coffee. Coffee was often served several minutes after we were seated, and the coffee wasn’t very good. Room Quality. My wife and I stayed in the same room in 2002. While decorated differently, the upstairs and downstairs furnishings were almost identical. Sadly, the fit and finish of the rooms need work. The towel holder in the bath/shower fell apart and the toilet paper holder is rusty and in disrepair. There are too few electrical receptacles upstairs and down for charging smartphones, laptops or IPads. Finally, and most critically, the air conditioning even when working properly did not cool the upstairs levels of our rooms adequately. Although it

Ma proprio la signora anziana alla reception, che non parla inglese o che ha cercato di romperlo, è stata gentile al primo momento, ma nessuno dei suoi commenti si è rivelato affidabile! Il giorno dell'arrivo, alle 17.40, non abbiamo potuto prenotare un tavolo per cena lo stesso giorno (avevamo un viaggio di 9 ore dietro di noi). Poi abbiamo chiesto di nuovo per la sera successiva. Abbiamo ricevuto un impegno per la sera successiva alle 19.45. Purtroppo, la notte successiva non abbiamo ricevuto la tavola riservata, perché la signora della ricetta, che era presente anche la seconda sera, ma si è spostata dal personale, come tutti gli altri, non si ricordava nulla... Purtroppo ci ha lasciato andare completamente davanti alla squadra riunita, così come agli ospiti (si tratta di un lavoro per dipendente e non per ospite), e ha anche ritenuto che non avessimo nemmeno prenotato colazione. Il nostro vantaggio è stato che abbiamo già pagato al momento dell'arrivo, e abbiamo potuto dimostrarlo, e la situazione non è stata solo pessima, ma anche scura. E' stato particolarmente grave che i nostri figli hanno fatto la dichiarazione (filia 7Jahre) ”è felice di tornare qui”. Non abbiamo voluto mangiare la serata lì. E ci siamo ritrovati a cercare qualcosa di diverso. Il colazione del giorno di partenza era spartanico, come prima mattina, e tutto era vuoto per pezzo. Non importa se S******, formaggio, uova, marmelada... Non era per niente che ci fosse troppo poco personale. Anche qui è stato guardato lontano, era importante solo pulire le tavole degli ospiti che sono andati il più rapidamente possibile e quindi pulire.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 4 notti in hotel dopo una pausa nel nostro autocamera (che era parcheggiato dalle barriere navali nel centro di Toulon). Tutto il nostro bene personale, compresi i nostri passaporti, era rubato; tutto quello che avevamo con noi era il nostro cane, i suoi cibi e i suoi bolli da mangiare e i vestiti che indossavamo. Siamo arrivati molto tardi la sera all'hotel (senza prenotazione) e ancora in pieno shock. Possiamo parcheggiare in sicurezza il nostro furgone danneggiato nel parcheggio sotterraneo e abbiamo fatto il nostro modo di arrivare alla reception. Lì ci incontrava Kevin, che era brillante e molto comprensibile, e si accertava che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva prima di andare a letto quella notte. La mattina seguente, abbiamo avuto un sacco di amministrazioni e logistica da navigare, come il nostro piano originale era di andare a Mallorca, e questo è quando abbiamo incontrato Samuel. Ci sono stati innumerevoli volte che io e il mio partner chiesero a Samuel per il suo aiuto e consiglio nel cercare di stampare documenti e di aiutare a comunicare per noi. Il nostro francese non è molto buono e l'inglese della squadra è eccellente! Egli andò di sopra e di là per aiutarci. Non c'era problema nonostante lui e la squadra fosse molto occupata. Abbiamo incontrato Bernard qualche giorno intorno al nostro soggiorno e ha dimostrato la stessa volontà di aiutare, di gioia e di professionalità. Ha trovato un buon vet per noi vicino all'hotel, che ha potuto aiutare con la carta e il trattamento di guarigione per il nostro cane, così potremmo tornare insieme al Regno Unito. Siamo estremamente grati a Kevin, Samuel e Bernard per il loro fantastico servizio e aiuto. È stato un enorme differenziale per noi dopo un'esperienza molto stressante. Anche se la maggior parte delle nostre interazioni erano con i ragazzi, potevamo vedere che l'intera squadra lavorava davvero bene insieme e sono molto organizzati. C'è una buona relazione tra tutti. Functional and inhuman hotek but you should not expect to sleep if you are on the road side. The rooms give outdoors onto a very busy intersection with traffic, even in the middle of the night. Fortunately I had earplugs, but even then it was pretty loud.
