Palette - Silver Leaf

Though the suite rooms are beautiful and worth the money I was highly disappointed as whole night air conditioner wasn’t working .Called house keeping 5times and nothing worked out at last was tired and slept in a claustrophobic room without Ac cooling. Swing was the only thing which attracted me to stay in the hotel .Unfortunately i sat with excitement but fell down with disappoin**ent . If u can’t maintain air conditioner and swing please don’t sell such rooms where it became a torture for me rather than a staycation. Rooms were stinking may be because there was paint happening on the floor. The best part was the balcony attached to the room but again felt claustrophobic with no ventilation. It was a nigh**are for my family and I swear not to stay in such property ever.
