"It’s a nice hotel with some nice views for the mountains, it’s very lay back what can also be a bad thing since the staff is very nice but doesn’t put much effort on to understand what you need. Clean and nice pool too."

"New modern hotel, located in the center of the town. Rooms a bit small but essential, with a nice design and beds are comfortable. Serious issue with water pump, interrupting water or working at very low pressure throughout the day. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is ok, a bit basic. Great potential, but big room for improvement. Nice view from the room"

"Schöne, saubere, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer am Stadtrand von Vang Vieng. Die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und es gibt ganztägig Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Man kann vor Ort Roller mieten und Ausflüge buchen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden wieder dort übernachten."

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è abbastanza pulita e pulita, e i frutti sono benvenuti, perché le nuove attrezzature dell'hotel sono nuove. UUtente ospiteThe surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and it was nice to spend an afternoon by the pool near the mountains. The room was also nice, but there were quite a few bugs and ants crawling all over the toilet seat.
Most of the other guests were either Laotion or Chinese, I was the only farang. The staff in the reception were very helpful and kind, however the other guests also enjoyed loudly talking about me assuming that I didn't know they were talking about me. However, it is fairly common knowledge that farang means foreigner, and a few other things they were saying were the same as the Thai words that I know. This did prevent my stay being as relaxing as it could, as I did then avoid busy areas, as I don't particularly want to be laughed at simply for being a farang woman.
The staff in the restaurant also don't speak any English, this is not a problem, just something to be aware of, Google translate solved most issues.

Ssince2789The first three days of my stay passed without incident. Everything was decent. Then on my last couple of nights, I had some negative experiences. First of all, they ran out of hot water on both of the final nights I stayed there. I had been told during check in to call 0 if I had any issues, so I did, but the line did not connect. Since I was halfway through my shower, I came downstairs in a bathrobe and asked about the water situation. I was told everyone was using the hot water at the same time, which is why I didn't get any to my room, and that I could wait 15 minutes for hot water. When I asked about the extension for reception, I was told to try 120 instead of 0 because some rooms were set up differently. I went back up and waited almost an hour. Still no hot water, and water pressure was super low. I tried to phone down, but once again, the number didn't work. So I went downstairs again to ask, but the issue still hadn't been solved. I was offered use of the pool shower, which I declined because by this time I was tired and ready for bed. The next day, I once again tried to shower past 9pm and again, there was very little hot water. The water was lukewarm. Because nights in Vang Vieng get cold, I couldn't bring myself to have a lukewarm shower. Secondly, besides the hot water issues, I also had a bath towel that had an orangey stain on it. Not sure what it was, but this is the reason the cleanliness score is only 3. Everything else was fine and clean enough. Breakfast was OK, I suggest you eat earlier around 7-8 otherwise the rice and other food gets cold and unpleasant. I was offered a free ride to the train station as compensation for the hot water issue, which was nice. Still, though, as someone who showers before bed, I wouldn't stay here again.

じじゃすみん｜トラベラーCi sono noleggio biciclette, lavanderia e un minimarket proprio di fronte all'edificio, quindi è comodo.
Anche la camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.
La doccia era di tipo top, non portatile, e la quantità di acqua non era costante, rendendola un po' difficile da usare.
Prendo l'acqua tutti i giorni, ma c'erano giorni in cui non ricevevo l'acqua perché mi addormentavo tutto il giorno e non rifacevo la stanza. Sarò felice la prossima volta se posso far versare un asciugamano o dell'acqua sulla maniglia.
La posizione era buona, quindi vorrei usarla di nuovo.

UUtente anonimo這次出行入住的酒店真的太讚了！從前台辦理入住時工作人員的熱情接待，到入住期間保潔人員及時打掃房間，服務超貼心，衞生也無可挑剔，房間一塵不染，設施擺放規整。而且酒店位置超棒，離周邊景點都很近，節省了不少路程時間。早餐更是豐富多樣，中西式美食應有盡有，味道也很不錯。下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店！

All the clothes came back with wet, bad and weird smell, i have to forced to hang my clothes outside the room but turned out it does not remove the bad smell left on my clothes. I had gained the lesson from you guys and avoid to pay for laundry service in the hostel from now on!

La colazione è la stessa ogni mattina, ma non molto male.
La stanza non è 100% pulita.
La porta del bagno non può essere chiusa e la porta della stanza è molto irritante complicata da aprire.
Il mio peggiore sul letto e sul letto/letti trova un sacco di capelli anche sul pavimento.
L'ascensore è molto lento, ma il ragazzo in ricezione è molto amichevole e utile.
L'edificio è troppo vecchio, l'immagine in trip.com e la realtà è molto diversa.

LLee yew jeenL'hotel dispone di un ampio parcheggio e le camere sono pulite e spaziose. I prodotti per la colazione sono piuttosto diversi e anche il personale della reception è molto accogliente. Ci sono molti ristoranti e saloni per massaggi a circa 300 metri di distanza. Vicino anche al mercato notturno.

KkdreidgeThis hotel felt quite run down. We arrived to the lobby with two old mattresses leaning against the wall. The room was big and had lovely views, however, the door had cracks in it that you could see through to the hallway and hear everything going on outside the room. The bathroom is in need of desperate repair. The AC roared loudly on and off all night, the metal from the AC rattled the windows. The sheets did not fully cover the mattress (just a loose sheet on top of the bare mattress, so in the night I found myself touching the old mattress with my hand). White duvet had stains. Pool was really nice with river views, definitely the highlight of our stay. We went elsewhere for breakfast after seeing what was offered. Staff were helpful in booking a tuk tuk and storing our luggage for the day.
