Room was very clean upon arrival, but was not cleaned during our stay of 4 nights, which was disappointing, as we could have needed new towels and the floors swept.
Staff were mostly uninterested in their guests, some just completely ignored us as we walked past them in the hallway, and gave the general air of not wanting to be there. One staff member was smoking very close to guest rooms, including ours.
The hotel reception desk is not manned at night, so during those hours hotel guests are left to their own devices. This also means that if one were to arrive late, you will not be able to check in. This happened at least once while we were there.
Breakfast buffet was OK, no variety at all and limited options, but the quality was fine. The hotel restaurant was suddenly closed on a regular Thursday, the one night we had planned to eat in. No notice of this was given.
The quality of the room and bathroom was nice. There were also chargers for your electric vehicle that was available for 150 SEK for 24 hours. There were only two charger keys to share between four available charging spots.
The surrounding area was nice and quiet, with a beautiful park and river right below the hotel with many paths to walk on.
Overall an OK hotel to stay at, biggest drawback was lack of staff during night hours and that our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay.

När vi kom var personalen i receptionen inte där utan satt och drack kaffe i lugn och ro. Påpekade att 2 lampor i rummet inte fungerade med de byttes ej. Allt var slut som man bad om i baren. Mat från gårdagen låg kvar i frukostrummet och på frukosten saknades en massa saker.
