They staff was accomadating and we were actually able to check in before the 3pm check in time. The first room they placed us in had some issues, the toilet did not flush the phone did not work and the room had a smell. We went to the front desk and ask to be moved to another room and that was completed without a problem. The breakfast buffet was good average breakfast food and the dining area was clean and well prepared. The location for my visit was perfect. I have stayed at other Residence Inn's and it was a good stay and that is why i choose the Residence Inn for this trip.

The room was not very clean, there was hair in the bed, pet hair in the sink in bathroom, the fireplace was very low as far as flame and heat production. TVs were very dated and old. Furniture was worn and not very comfortable. I was in room #100. It was a bad experience for me and my guest. I was very disappointed in Residence Inn, Ive never had such a bad room from them. The Television were ridiculous, the remote in bedroom hardly worked. The TV's aren't even flat screens to todays standards. Very, very old!!😡..The room I was in needed some serious updating!

The hotel was decent. No hotel ice machine, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was borderline terrible. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, and seemed pretty clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

For a first time visitor to this Marriott, it was nice, easy to find, and the staff are really friendly. Love the surrounding shops and restaurants!

My car was broken into. They place doesn’t have cameras. My keys to my other car was stolen.

Updated original review with updated photos: Comfortable 2 night stay in a one bedroom suite. This hotel is located with other hotels in quiet area. My room overlooked the parking lot with a view of a field. Its a well maintained residence inn and a standard breakfast is provided which was nothing special. Some hot items like eggs but oatmeal is out of a package. Would come back again if in the Dayton area.

This was our second time staying here, and won't be our last. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the reception staff to housekeeping to the breafast attendants. The accommodations, both the rooms and the community spaces, are comfortable and inviting. The location is also very convenient with food, shopping and easy acess on and off the highway all nearby.
