Hotel in zona River Front Park, Vancouver

I had a really nice time at this home-sweet-home guest house in Vancouver. The house was lovely and cozy, with very clean rooms and great facilities that were just as good as those in a fancy hotel just like a 4-star hotel at a very reasonable price in Vancouver city. The owner of the house was friendly and made my stay even better. The house is in a great spot, super close to the airport and it's easy to get to downtown Vancouver. I really liked staying there. I can't wait to go back if I visit Vancouver again. It's a great place to be comfy and close to everything you. I'd recommend you to choose it when you visit Vancouver next time. 我在温哥华这家温馨的宾馆度过了一段非常愉快的时光。房子可爱又舒适，房间非常干净，设施一流，与豪华酒店的四星级酒店一样好，而且价格非常合理。房子的主人很友好，让我的住宿体验变得更好。房子位置很好，离机场超级近，去温哥华市中心也很方便。我真的很喜欢呆在那里，我想你也应该呆在那里。如果我再次访问温哥华，我迫不及待地想回去。这是一个舒适且靠近您所需一切的好地方。

Il nostro soggiorno è iniziato molto bene. Il personale del Front Desk era molto amichevole e ci ha lasciato controllare in anticipo. Ho fatto una doccia prima di andare al concerto che eravamo in città e ho scoperto che il tubo era stato piazzato e il tubo non era disturbato. Ho ricevuto un tx prima chiedendo come usare la stanza e di testo se abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. Quindi io di testo che il tubo era sta svanendo. Non ho ricevuto una risposta e ho lasciato la stanza per uscire. Pensavamo che sarebbe tornato indietro il disastro, ma invece non è tornato a nulla; siamo andati al divano per chiedere a un piastrelle di provare a correggersi come era stata 7 ore e ancora nessuna risposta. Abbiamo cercato di mettere in contatto il drenaggio, ma non ha aiutato. Quando siamo tornati al pistone, la persona del desktop ci ha offerto un'altra stanza, ma essere fuori pj's e dopo mezzanotte siamo rimasti in camera. Dicono che la manutenzione sarebbe tornata alle 7:00. Andammo a controllare alle 11:00, ma non c'era risposta a tx e nessuna persona di manutenzione per riparare il tubo. La persona di ufficio ci scusò e ci offriva buoni per il colazione per il ristorante. Andammo al ristorante, ma ci darebbero solo bacon o salsa e uova. Essere vegane e vegetariani che non andava a lavorare. Il ristorante ha detto che non potevano offrire altro. Abbiamo tornato al divano frontale e il manager non permetterebbe alla persona divano di fare altro per se non volevamo McDonald’s. Sto guardando in attesa di tornare a casa stasera per fare la doccia.

Mio marito e io siamo rimasti una notte al Burnaby per assistere a una cena vicino a noi, abbiamo controllato la nostra stanza e il riscaldamento era già a 68 e sembrava che funzionasse bene. Poco dopo che siamo arrivati in camera, una persona di manutenzione ha colpito la porta per vedere come funzionava il riscaldamento, che avrebbe dovuto farci entrare per quello che sarebbe successo dopo. Un po’ più tardi, l’unità ha iniziato a sputare l’aria più fredda. Potrei aggiungere che l'unità non si è mai riattaccato e si è mai accertato. Ho girato l'unità fino a circa 72 per vedere se ciò avrebbe fatto una differenza, ma non l'ha fatto. Ci siamo contattati sul desktop e entro 5 minuti, la manutenzione è venuta a controllare. Ci è stato detto che il riscaldamento doveva rimanere a 68, non più alto o non funzionava. Non ho mai sentito dire di una cosa del genere. Alta temperatura a Vancouver era a metà di 40 anni, cadere nei 30 di notte. A questo punto, era 5:30 e dovevamo uscire dalla porta per l'evento di cena al 6PM. Vorrei che avremmo chiesto una stanza diversa, perché quando siamo tornati era sicuramente più freddo nella stanza. Siamo stati tutti stanchi e abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'hotel prima di mattina, quindi abbiamo deciso di “sbarazzarlo”. Ho cercato di fare un'altra camicia e non c'era nessuna. Mi sono fatto dormire per un totale di 2 ore nel mio cappotto. Non era una comoda esperienza. Con generosità, darò questa proprietà 2 stelle, perché la stanza stessa era pulita e il letto era comodo. Il cameriere del desk ci ha concesso un sconto del 50% per il nostro disagio, che era il migliore che poteva fare, ma quando ho contattato il loro QC è stato offerto un sconto del 50% per un futuro soggiorno. Non credo che li accolgo su questa offerta, ma comunque grazie.

The restaurant at this hotel was soooo nice; but even nicer was our waiter, Remi. We had our daughter's mother in-law visiting from Morocco this past weekend. She knew very little English; however, Remi saved the day. He knew Parisian French and was able to converse with her very easily. It made our dinner time together very special. Remi also kept watch over us and gave ideas as to how better enjoy our dinner. Thank you Remi~! You are a wonderful ”young man” and so appreciated by us. The Lord bless you. The Davis Family

Pros: • owner is very responsive and keeps on checking us for anything that we need • location is downtown so it is near to most of the sites we wanna go • very near the train station and closer to a bus stop too • it has T&T on the ground flr which makes it easy to buy stuffs and even meals • stone's throw away to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants in • place is really big for two people and I love the view from the balcony and rooms Cons: • place needs a little more cleaning, dusts were everywhere (we kept on sneezing) • no netflix or channel on TV. There was on the 1st day. We will still consider this place if we are going to downtown. It is just very convenient.

The location was good, not core Downtown. Staff was pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean, with enough towels and toiletries. Fridge was empty, no complimentary water - I later realised this is a Vancouver thing. There is a restaurant by the lobby, where you'll get a 10% discount only if you show your key and you are eating in. The ambience was good, lovely staff especially YuHi. The food was amazing, never had mashed potatoes that much before 😂.

Hotel fantastico. Molto conveniente mentre andavamo sulla Princess Cruise. Il concierge, il personale di front office e la custodia erano tutti molto amichevoli e ci facevano sentire a casa. Molto consigliamo questo hotel.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. The location was perfect, and the room was quite spacious for the two of us, my teenager son and i, as we were in town for university campus visits. The beds were very comfortable, and the Starbucks in the lobby, and the mosaic restaurant served good food (for lunch). Parking was right down in the basement, and was very convenient. We parked the car there and walked around Robson avenue for shopping. Checkout was also very speedy and done online, without the need to line up.

Stagione per 3 notti. Persone bellissime, camera fantastica e posizione perfetta, proprio sul bordo delle splendide aree da cammino, così come nel centro di Vancouver. Bar, ristorante, negozio di liquori e negozio generale sul sito o vicino. Grande hotel. Sarebbe 100% consigliabile.
