Great hotel located in downtown Vancour, very close to most of the tourist places, and the river. very friendly staff, and clean rooms. recommended.

The hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

Great hotel in downtown Vancouver Robson Street. Close proximity to train station and shopping district. Room is big and spacious. Nespresso machine and yoga mat provided in room. Front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and allowed me to store my bag both before check in and after checkout. Unfortunately checkin was very late in the afternoon which meant I had to spend a very warm day wandering around Vancouver until I could check in. The room was very large and clean, and the bathroom was very spacious and nice. The location was very central and felt safe - even at night. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Vancouver.

Good restaurant attached to hotel. Room was spacious and request for a bath was supported. Good location in downtown Vancouver. Staff very helpful. Only Downside was no food options on Christmas day within hotel. Would recommend.

The room is very spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Unfortunately there’s some kind of smoke smell in my washroom even the hotel is non-smoking. May hear little noise from neighborhood. Overall, a satisfied stay!
