My stay was pleasant and the staff went out of their way to ensure it that!

Lovely hotel that is conveniently situated 5 mins away from Broadway-City Hall Skytrain station. Views overlooking the city. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

Everything was fine except : high audibility of neighbors. the shower didn't work well.

Stayed at this hotel to be close to a wedding that we were attending at UBC. Perfect location with great restaurants around. Although close to the hospital, we did not hear any noises overnight. The free breakfast buffet that came with our stay was also a great bonus ! This is my second holiday inn vancouver centre stay after my first stay in 2018 for a business trip, and I overall really enjoy the hotel!

Perfectly serviceable hotel. Clean room at a great location withing walking distance to the rail station. Lots of nice eateries nearby & the place was pretty quiet. Breakfast was quite mediocre though.

一早剛剛下飛機還很想睡，想說先到旅館寄放行李箱後在到處晃晃到 check in 時間到，想不到櫃檯接待員幫我們辦理 check in 手續後說房間已經準備好囉可以直接入住，免去我們一早要先流浪街頭的打算，能先好好休息補眠真的很貼心，感謝您們的服務～

非常不錯的一家酒店，是再次入住。地理位置很好出行方便，附近有地鐵線，靠近港灣，景色優美。 附近也有不少的餐館超市。

我比預定的提早抵達，但飯店沒有讓我等很久，房務人員真的將房間整理的很乾淨，為了調整時差我在飯店裡睡的很舒服，因為是聖誕節，櫃檯人員也推薦了我很多不錯的聖誕市集。

自助早餐非常好吃，服務人員熱情。要是按金退下來的速度能快一些就更好了。
