Amorevole Auberge Vancouver! Molto amichevole personale di alloggio, molto pulito e confortevole. Perfetta posizione, vicino al terminale di crociera. L'altro giorno abbiamo lasciato per una crociera e il campanello ha messo il nostro bagaglio in una carrozza e l'ha portato al terminale di crociera per noi.

Il momento in cui sono entrato nel lobby e sono stato accolto dal personale, sapevo che sarebbe stato un viaggio incredibile. Inizialmente, la posizione è sorprendente. Camminare a tanti ristoranti, negozi di caffè e negozi. Il mio primo concierge, Alexander, mi ha raccontato molto sulla storia di alcuni edifici e mi ha raccomandato di andare tutti. Ha anche compiuto un passo in più per camminare con me e il mio amico a Palate Kitchen intorno all’angolo per assicurarsi che non ci siamo persi e ci ha presentati all’ospite. Il servizio clienti è stato così incredibile che non ho mai vissuto, anche quando sono stati a 5 stelle altri hotel. Tutte le raccomandazioni dei siti per vedere rendevano il nostro viaggio assolutamente perfetto . L'agente del servizio di fronte della notte mi ha offerto anche acqua e mi ha offerto di chiamare un camion quando il mio Uber ha cancellato il mio volo alle cinque. L'altro impiegato che ha trasferito il mio bagaglio nella macchina, mi ha portato la notte in pioggia e mi ha aspettato fuori fino a quando non erano lì. La stanza era senza spot e così bella.La custodia ha fatto un lavoro straordinario. Abbiamo anche ricevuto una carta scritta a mano con Rose al momento dell'arrivo, nonché i biglietti per colazione e il check-in precoce. Grazie tante al personale per aver fatto la mia vacanza così magica. Non posso aspettare di fare riferimento ai miei amici in vacanza per soggiornare in questo hotel. Che esperienza speciale! Anche il colazione e il ristorante è stato fenomenale !

E'molto bene nel centro della città, molto vicino all'hotel, l'ambiente intorno a lui è molto buono. Molti negozi e negozi sono vicini, e'che la stanza è un po' piccola. Una persona vive bene. La colazione è unico.

The location was perfect, and the room was quite spacious for the two of us, my teenager son and i, as we were in town for university campus visits. The beds were very comfortable, and the Starbucks in the lobby, and the mosaic restaurant served good food (for lunch). Parking was right down in the basement, and was very convenient. We parked the car there and walked around Robson avenue for shopping. Checkout was also very speedy and done online, without the need to line up.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant! From the cozy rooms with a great view to the friendly staff, everything was just great. The location of the hotel is also impressive - it is convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. I felt right at home and can't wait to come back here again!

The location was good, not core Downtown. Staff was pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean, with enough towels and toiletries. Fridge was empty, no complimentary water - I later realised this is a Vancouver thing. There is a restaurant by the lobby, where you'll get a 10% discount only if you show your key and you are eating in. The ambience was good, lovely staff especially YuHi. The food was amazing, never had mashed potatoes that much before 😂.

L'uomo che ci ha controllati al di fuori del dipartimento era molto utile nel trovare una stanza di primo piano invece della stanza di secondo piano che ci avrebbe assegnato. La colazione era grande! Era in un ristorante nelle sale (ma doveva andare fuori per arrivare a lui). Ci era una buona varietà di cibo caldo e freddo e lo mantenevano ben fornito. La camera dell'hotel era più grande della maggior parte. Ci sono belle grandi lavanderie nelle stanze con lavatrice e asciugatrice costose (anche in quella stanza). I letti erano confortevoli, la doccia era buona, avevamo un sacco di tovaglioli e carta da bagno, tutto era pulito e in buona riparazione, tutte le luci lavoravano, il bacino e il contatore erano separati dal bagno e dal tubo e c'era un contatore grande. C'era un potenza ***** vicino al letto dove ho messo il mio caricatore telefonico. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti vicino. Abbiamo apprezzato l'odore di citrus di sapone e shampoo fornito, ecc. Questo è stato uno dei migliori posti che abbiamo soggiornato!

Il nostro soggiorno è iniziato molto bene. Il personale del Front Desk era molto amichevole e ci ha lasciato controllare in anticipo. Ho fatto una doccia prima di andare al concerto che eravamo in città e ho scoperto che il tubo era stato piazzato e il tubo non era disturbato. Ho ricevuto un tx prima chiedendo come usare la stanza e di testo se abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. Quindi io di testo che il tubo era sta svanendo. Non ho ricevuto una risposta e ho lasciato la stanza per uscire. Pensavamo che sarebbe tornato indietro il disastro, ma invece non è tornato a nulla; siamo andati al divano per chiedere a un piastrelle di provare a correggersi come era stata 7 ore e ancora nessuna risposta. Abbiamo cercato di mettere in contatto il drenaggio, ma non ha aiutato. Quando siamo tornati al pistone, la persona del desktop ci ha offerto un'altra stanza, ma essere fuori pj's e dopo mezzanotte siamo rimasti in camera. Dicono che la manutenzione sarebbe tornata alle 7:00. Andammo a controllare alle 11:00, ma non c'era risposta a tx e nessuna persona di manutenzione per riparare il tubo. La persona di ufficio ci scusò e ci offriva buoni per il colazione per il ristorante. Andammo al ristorante, ma ci darebbero solo bacon o salsa e uova. Essere vegane e vegetariani che non andava a lavorare. Il ristorante ha detto che non potevano offrire altro. Abbiamo tornato al divano frontale e il manager non permetterebbe alla persona divano di fare altro per se non volevamo McDonald’s. Sto guardando in attesa di tornare a casa stasera per fare la doccia.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. Ci piace davvero il nostro soggiorno con Julie e la sua fantastica casa! La stanza è molto pulita con un grande design. Julie è anche molto accogliente a usare la sua cucina per fare i nostri piccoli snack al mattino. La posizione è anche molto buona:) 10 minuti a piedi al supermercato e ristoranti :) In generale, molto raccomandato :)
