There is only one entrance with keyless entry that will be exclusive to you. The guesthouse is completely separate from the home, so you won’t share any living spaces with the primary home. You’ll also have free street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a paved, well-lit walkway from the street to the guesthouse. The space is perfect for 1-3 guests and allows for up to 4. The second bed is a very comfortable, brand new pull-out sofa that measures 54”W x 72”H. Two average sized adults can fit, but I’d recommend the Luxury Queen-size bed in the bedroom for those who are 6’+ tall.
