Tamara hotel really isnt good hotel, it is not clean and really it was dirty,old building, poor breakfast only the location was ok . it isn't 4 star hotel, only 2 star. I stay there with my family and child but after 1 night we checked out.

Do not go to Tamara Hotel. We were three families and we rented three rooms at Tamara One Hotel. This hotel calls itself 4 stars, but Tamara Hotel is actually 2 stars. The management is very bad and weak, and the hotel's breakfast is third-rate, the floors of the rooms are covered with very dirty carpets. The sink should be open for 20 minutes to heat the sink and bath water. Therefore, it is better to spend 30 minutes in the morning to heat the water. The restaurant employees are very rude and unprofessional. The management of Tamara Hotel treats Iranians badly and treats them like cattle and sheep. The hotel manager's behavior was similar to one of Van's knife pullers. There is no smell of customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel in any way, especially for Iranians, because the management of Tamara Hotel is very bad with Iranians. He knows neither English nor Farsi. The hotel is located in a noisy street and it is very uncomfortable at night. The sound of the tables and chairs on the restaurant floor of the hotel goes to all floors, which is very annoying.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. First room had mold in the bathroom. Second room looked okay but once we settled in, we realized otherwise. Huge disgusting clump of hair from previous occupant in the shower (when I pulled it out, there was still more lodged in the drain). Torn carpet. Torn quilt/duvet. Sheet that didn’t cover the mattress so after 10 minutes lying on the bed, you were sleeping on the bare mattress. Questionable brown/red stains on the sheets and pillowcases. Broken lamp switch. Shower head spraying water everywhere where it attached to the hose. Toilet loose—if you leaned too far one way it felt like the toilet would fall to the floor. Bidet attachment broken and when trying to use it, the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Nasty commercial dispensers for shampoo and soap in the shower instead of mini samples. Thinnest hotel slippers (basically the thickness of toilet paper). No complimentary tissues. The front desk keeps your passports hostage until you check out and leaves it on the back counter in plain sight of all hotel guests. Also beware—the nearby clubs will keep you awake all night as they are going until 6 am. The only reason I gave it a single star is because the breakfast has variety and the housekeeper was very pleasant and helpful. Do not stay here if at all possible.

wifi is terrible.we dont have it and we go to lobby or hall to use it and the speed was so slow. bathrooms are old and messy Some rooms are so dark,check the rooms before reserve. just reception and housekeepers are so friendly.

The sheets weren’t clean there was just one towel when we got there and then when they bring us 3more 1of them was unclean the shower was cold and Wi-Fi worked hardly ever it was the worst hotel I have ever gone to
