The location is great, close to city center and away from the main street, so it does not get so loud. Unfortunately the room I got was smoked heavily inside although was a non smoker room. Breakfast was fresh and good. The lamp installed inside the room is too dark, can get annoying if one has something to do at night. The internet connection is unstable and slow.

The hotel is in the center and in the market. My room is big and clean. If I come to Van in the future I will stay at this hotel again.

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

Reasonable price and fairly good facilities.

인생 최악의 호텔 침대에서 개미를 발견하고 동영상을 찍어서 보여주니 그 어떤 말도 하지 않는 직원. 환불을 요구했으나 거절당함. 여행을 많이 해 봤지만 이렇게 서비스도 호텔 위생 상태도 최악한 곳은 처음임. 동영상 업로드가 되었으면 정확히 개미를 볼 수 있었을 터인데.

とても清潔。ゴミ一つ落ちてないし、シーツもシミや匂いなども無く価格以上のホテルだと思います。 プラスで朝食も付いてるので値段の割に贅沢したなって感じでした。

房間設施和前台服務都非常好，前台可以幫忙處理很多問題，很熱情。早餐也非常棒。

**Toprak Hotel Van** is a decent **three-star hotel**, clean for its category. The staff is friendly and helpful. **Ali**, one of the receptionists, is a great guy and always willing to assist. The housekeeping staff does a good job, and the gentleman in charge of breakfast is very polite and keeps things tidy. The **breakfast is limited and repetitive**, which could be improved. Overall, it's a **good hotel**, especially for those taking the **PTE exam**, as it is **close to the Mindi Center**—only a **10-minute walk** away.

When we planned our trip to Van, we were looking for a hotel that was comfortable, well-located, and affordable. After some research, we chose Toprak Hotel—and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and within minutes, we had the key to our room. The Room – Cozy and Comfortable Our room was modern, minimalistic, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the temperature was perfect. Amenities like a flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with a hot shower made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast – Simple, Tasty, and Energizing! One of the best parts of our stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The buffet was simple but delicious, offering local cheeses, olives, natural honey, butter, eggs, fresh tomatoes, and cucumbers. And of course, a steaming glass of Turkish tea to complete the morning! Location – A Major Advantage! Toprak Hotel is located in one of the best areas of Van—not too crowded but still close enough to everything. Within minutes, we could walk to Cumhuriyet Street, shopping centers, and great restaurants. We even spent an entire day exploring Lake Van, which was easily accessible from the hotel. The Staff – The Heart of the Hotel Without a doubt, the hotel’s staff made our experience even better. From check-in to check-out, they were always available to help, offering great recommendations for places to visit and even assisting us in finding a taxi to the airport. Final Verdict – Would I Stay Here Again? Absolutely! Toprak Hotel is one of those places where you leave feeling like you’ve made a friend in a new city. With its warm atmosphere, excellent service, and great value, it’s a top choice for anyone visiting Van. Highly recommended!

i booked this hotel but security situation in van is very bad and dangerous at that time and i want to change or cancel my booking and the hotel staff and manager do not accept and they are very bad and i am not happy with them this is not acceptable

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and found it a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are quite large and it is in a very good location, central to lots of shops, restaurants and cafes plus public transport. The owner, Haran, speaks very good English and was very helpful with organising a tour of local places for us to visit. The breakfast was a basic Turkish breakfast, as expected. The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, wifi very good and beds comfortable.

I spent two night at Toprak hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. It is run by a family, and Mr. Harun, the owner is very accommodating and helpful. I had booked through a reservation platform, and things didn't go through, and I contacted him and he immediately helped me and guaranteed the room for me. The location is right in the centre of Van, a 2 minute walk to Hazret Omer mosque, and a 5 minute walk to the central cumhuriyet caddesi. Rooms are comfortable and clean, they might need some upgrade, nevertheless they are perfect. Breakfast is basic, but in Van people are used to having breakfast at one of the many breakfast saloons, so, can't complain. Mr Harun speaks Turkish, Persian, Kurdish, Arabic and English and helps in organising trips to nearby attractions as well. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
