Hotel a Valparaiso, Cile

We came to Valparaiso a few days early before our Viking cruise and selected this hotel. The staff is super fri and helpful. Room 9 has a beautiful view with a French balcony. Breakfast is delicious (served at Kapura down on the terrace). Catalina and Michael at the front desk greeted us welcomingly each time we passed through the lobby. Easy walking distance to several historic buildings and plazas. Note: no USB connections in the rooms and you will need a South American power adapter.

房間很好 位置很好 服務員態度也很好 就是淋浴間居然沒有淋浴頭🚿，衹有在房頂上的花灑，好難用啊，建議酒店可以加裝方便使用。

Al mare, ma non dove guardare il mare, c'è un blocco ferroviario, la stanza è buona, la regola media è intaccata, Le strutture dovrebbero essere migliori della città antica, raccomandate!Sono educate dalla gente locale in città, prestate attenzione alla sicurezza!Prevenzione della corruzione!

Fuimos a celebrar y nos encontramos con un hotel que aun vive de su pasado glorioso. Los espacios, el servicio del personal, la vista y la ubicación excelente. Dejando de lado esto, el hotel requiere urgentemente mantención. Suelos de la entrada rotos, murallas sin pintar, vidrios sucios, muebles de la habitación en mal estado, servicio del desayuno bueno pero no 5 estrellas, palta sintética, jamon de mala calidad, jugos no naturales. Yo el hotel lo visite hace 10 años y claramente no le han metido ni un peso en todos estos años. Es una lastima porque a pesar de todo, todavia sigue siendo un gran hotel. SALVENLO

Un hotel letteralmente in mare, molto bello, primo livello. Il spa molto buona piscina, massaggi, un hot tub in un bel bacino aria aperta. Bar e ristorante eccellenti. L'attenzione di Eduardo al Bar e Benjamin al ristorante. La cena è molto buona soprattutto il curry di cavoli , i sorretti al pesce e il gratin di frutta del Mar.Non lasciate il tono**** un spumante di cortesia sulla terrazza del bar

Visité Viña por el fin de semana y me hospedé en esté bello y cómodo hotel. El personal es súper amistoso y amable, le quiero dar las gracias a Jovanna por el buen trato recibido, ya que en todo momento fue muy atenta con nosotros entregándonos recomendaciones de lugares para visitar. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.
